“I brought my three kids here with me and I was really impressed by how good everything we ordered was. We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. Amazingly attentive service. Even more amazing is that all the kids enjoyed the dinner.“

“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“We stopped in before a show down the street and the place was popping! They were extremely busy and we didn’t end up having enough time and the gentleman working the counter graciously expedited our food and packed it to-go so we wouldn’t miss our show! The food was delicious and well worth the wait!“

“the food was FANTASTIC i don’t think i have been to a better ramen place the atmosphere was PERFECT and the vibes were just wonderful i would totally recommend sukiya Ramen to anyone who likes ramen and japanese food.the ramen i had sent a cozy warm feeling down my spine and i instantly fell in love with the food.

“If you're in the DU area, I feel Tatsu is a must try! The food was great, everyone enjoyed what they got. My kimchi ramen was killer! It's not a large place and it was filling up quickly during our visit. Looking forward to heading back when in the area!“

“We absolutely love this place. It's so hard to find good sushi. Not good for Denver area either. Fuyu uses a very high quality fish and they put some how love into their dishes. It's so obvious that they care. It's my wife and I new favorite date spot. We also love thier sister location fuyu Ramen.“

“Ended up here on accident when the neighboring restaurant closed early. Score that they did because the service and sushi were top notch great. They have 2 locations in CO that we are going to try when we get home; we live in the area.
We shared 6 rolls. The yellowtail Jalapeños, spicy crispy tuna, titanic, hamachi kama, Shrek, and sunshine. Loved them all. The hamachi kama was really good and because it was a slightly smaller cut, they comped us 20% on it. Very honest and nice establishment. The server was super nice and rolls came out quickly due to it being slower in the late afternoon.
Definitely recommend overall, and definitely better than Haleiwa Joe's if you are in this area of the island. We felt the food was a lot better as we tried Joe's the night before, though the gardens and ambience of Joe's was very nice.“

“The ramen is by far my favorite in town. The flavors stay Japanese but with a little twist but not obnoxiously different than traditional ramen. The sushi is really fresh and it's nice you can get a half bowl of ramen for a really good price and still have run for a little sushi. I recommend this place for takeout or door dash I have not dined in . If I could give them an extra star I would“

My usual order is a build your own ramen.
Tonkatsu broth, thin noodles, chicken, crispy onions, crispy garlic, green onions, bean sprouts, and an order of extra noodles.

“It was my first time here and the staff was so nice! The ramen was just right especially on a cooler day. I got the miso ramen and my husband got the spicy miso ramen. The gyoza’s were delicious and the soup dumplings were perfect. Plus they gave out complimentary ice cream. Will definitely be back!“

“Top notch poke. Always fresh. Consistently excellent and excellent customer service. We’ve tried many different places around the area and none compare! We’ve been coming here for a few years now and they are consistently just so good. Nice place to hang out too. Very clean.“
