“Ordered pick up 30mins before closing as a last minute i don't wanna cook decision and man was it delicious. So good we scarfed it down before I thought of pictures. 😅
The thai tea Boba slush had no reason to be that delicious.
We got the signature bowls Tuna and chicken karaage, fresh and delicious. Crab wontons were light and crispy. 😘 And the 2 miso soups (yum) and a few cubes of cheese cake! (Also yum.) Will definitely be back, totally worth it.“

We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. Amazingly attentive service. Even more amazing is that all the kids enjoyed the dinner.“

“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

We almost always get the Veggie Tan Tan Ramen, the Pork Belly Bowl, the Chicken Karaage and their Boba Smoothies (Taro, Coconut or Mango). Sometimes we get their bao buns. Always packaged well, fresh and delicious! Should try their other items but stick to our favorites.“

“This restaurant was so yummy! I've been wanting to try it for a while. We went on a Friday night and from what I can see once they nail down some processes, this place will be so good. The waiters were super nice, but for example, we stood at the front door for nearly 10 min before someone came over to us. Once we were finally sat and ordered the food came surprisingly quickly.. for the most part. My husband ordered something from the rice kitchen, while I ordered a ramen bowl. My ramen came out nearly 15 min after his entree. I'd definitely recommend the food from this place and am hopeful that they can solidify some things and be great!“

“Kiddo and I were out shopping when hunger struck—her craving? Asian food. My response? “Say less.” I could live off noodles and soy sauce, no problem. That’s when I spotted Mee Ramen, hiding in plain sight like a spicy little ninja right off Parker Rd. I pass it nearly every day but somehow never noticed it. Shame on me and my distracted GPS brain.

It’s a small, unassuming spot—the kind I lovingly refer to as a hole in the wall. And if you know, you know: these are usually the gems. Mee Ramen did NOT disappoint.

We both ordered the miso ramen, and it was chef’s kiss perfection. Rich, flavorful broth, chewy noodles, and the holy grail of toppings—a marinated egg. I was so inspired I went home and marinated some eggs myself like a woman possessed. (IYKYK.)

The young woman working there was super sweet, kept our water glasses full (and trust me, hydration was needed). Because here’s the kicker—it was HOT in there. Like, sauna-with-a-side-of-noodles hot. I don’t know if the AC quit or just gave up on life, but that place was steamy. The soup wasn’t the only thing making us sweat. 😅

Still, would I go back? Absolutely. Just maybe in fall. Or with a portable fan. Because for ramen this good? I’ll risk the forehead sweat.“

“Came here a little while ago for a little date night. Place is pretty solid, not quite outstanding like many of the reviews here seem to state though. Some of the rolls are a bit rice heavy, but are creative and have good flavor. Fish quality was above average.“

“Tatsu is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Denver. Everything about it is welcoming, the atmosphere and the service is very friendly and attentive. The menu has a wide variety to choose from, including ramen and sushi. But we usually go back to our favorites, such as the pork & chicken gyoza appetizer. This is so yummy, we joke that could make our meal from several orders of these! Other go to favorites are the Chicken Katsu Curry, Chicken Katsudon, and the Fried Rice. These are truly comfort meals, in a cozy atmosphere. Nice selection of alcohol beverages too. We come here often, and love bringing friends from out of town. It never disappoints!“

“Amazing experience from start to finish! The sashimi platter was absolutely stunning—fresh, thick cuts of salmon, tuna, and white fish beautifully presented and incredibly clean in flavor. The sweet shrimp was another highlight, super fresh and naturally sweet, with a great texture.

“I love mugi ramen, i got into ramen about a year ago but my brother lived in japan and can be a tough ramen critic and he loves this place. i recommend either the tonkotsu ramen (add chili oil of course) or the spicy shoyu. the staff is great and has treated me to desert at times that i don’t even order it. i love it here, great vibes, great workers, and especially GREAT FOOD!“
