“This restaurant(s) is so unique and incredibly sophisticated no matter what venue you are looking for this is the place! The atmosphere is awesome due to the incredible décor, large screen, a multitude of different type of seating, large TV’s located all around the bar! The service and restaurant is second to none! The bartenders are so professional and friendly. Believe it or not we were actually asked if we were satisfied with our drinks! We were politely and professionally served our many food and drink selections! When our pizza slices were served, my mouth dropped, because I have never seen slices of pizza so huge! I have not had a slice of pizza that was so good with just the right amount of tasty toppings on mine! We ordered chicken wings, half naked and half buffalo wing sauce. The chicken wings had been fried to perfection and was so good we could not make up our minds which type of chicken wings was the best, so we called it a pleasingly tie!“

“Now this is a place I HIGHLY recommend trying if you are in Denver. I am from California and I have never had a breakfast place with as extravagant options like this place has. I got the bacon fried rice and oh my God was it so tasty and cooked to perfection. They do not skimp out on the bacon pieces and the flavors are so amazing. My boyfriend got the breakfast tacos and oh my were they amazing. For being a small place you would expect it to smell like food, but it does not and that is what I love the most. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The decor is so cute. The staff is super sweet but that food is top-tier. One of the most amazing and intricate breakfast I’ve had in Denver.
If you have not went here, you definitely need to.“

“Visited Denver in September and found Sam’s across the road from our hotel. We had breakfast every day as the menu was massive as were the portions. The service was friendly and efficient. I even came home with a baseball cap in the colours of my local soccer team 😂 Loved Denver and loved Sam’s“

“Fantastic food!! My wife and I swung in here on a whim and they really surprised us. Their breakfast sandwich was phenomenal, they offered a banana chocolate chip scone that was excellent and they have an “over night oat” oat meal that blew me away. Wonderful atmosphere, super friendly staff, I wish we had a place like that back home! Port side is five star.“

“I have been going there for over 40 years. It is one of the best family restaurants in the neighborhood. My favorites are the Greek Chicken and Mexican Hamburger wings. The service is very personal; they all know you by name, and hugs are a delight. The owners are the best and treat you like you are part of the family. Every holiday, the decorations are professionally set up making the atmosphere calming and enjoyable to look at. They are big supporters of the Girl Scouts. Thank You to the Looking Good Restaurant.“

“Wonderful restaurant in McGregor Square in Denver. Food is fresh and delicious. My family stayed at the attached hotel for a week and ate there multiple times and tried various dishes. All of them were delicious (fried chicken sandwich, bacon egg and cheese, chorizo and potatoes, and smash burger, and chicken and biscuits, cronuts). The restaurant is bright and airy. Servers were really attentive. Prices were fair based on the generous portions. Can definitely share most dishes.“

“Had one of the egg Benedict dishes and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly. I opted for the home fries as my side and I was not disappointed. They were perfectly seasoned. For me, the sauce was a bit much as I forgot to ask for light sauce or even on the side. I just removed the excess and it was still delicious. We sat outside, but closest to street. It was an early morning weekday so the loud trucks were a bit of a nuisance. Next time I would sit closer to the building to enjoy the outside. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Service was great. Will definitely be back.“

“One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and absolutely the best omlette I've enjoyed. My wife and I shared a few cocktails, including their pride month offering. I stared with the spicy egg salad on crispy potato because the menu said "everyone needs at least one," and I try to be a rule follower. It was a good first bite, but not the best part of the meal. My wife had the chicken sandwich, which was a special menu item. It was fantastic (I had a bite). For me though, the omlette was the star of the meal. the eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. The sauce was a nice complement to the eggs and beet cured salmon, separately, and also as a composed bite. The real treat, however, was the spring peas (not pictured) on the inside. We'll return next time we are in Denver, and reluctantly, I'll try something else from the menu. I should add that our sever was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the wall of sauces is a little overwhelming, but in a good way. My favorite was the Colfax Killer. I really enjoyed it on my wife's fries and the greens that were on the side of my dish.“

“We had the huevos rancheros and the corned beef and hash. Both were delicious. I also ordered a zucchini/pistachio pancake that was fluffy and light. The butter was freshly churned with cinnamon . I will be dreaming about that pancake for awhile. I also got a hazelnut latte and it was the perfect mix of coffee and nutty without being overly sweet.“

“We had a delicious breakfast before baseball this morning: I got an iced coffee flight and a basic breakfast with dressed greens and a sausage patty. My son got. Banana pancake and oatmeal, and my husband got an omelette. Service was fast and friendly, especially for 7am! My dressed greens were the star of my show and I’ll be craving them daily.“

“This place gets a little shade now that they've expanded their reach and I think that has resulted in a perceived decline in quality. I generally only get their corned beef hash, however because it is consistently good (on a previous visit it came up short on the amount of corned beef, but staff brought out a nice sized plate of extra CBH as a result). I add a pancake as well and they are creative and good.
I had the best experience there recently with server Val as she was the most attentive server I've ever had there, especially considering I was the only person on the patio. I usually sit at the bar and find that service is lacking there and employees are more concerned with closing tasks in the last hour of operation than the people at the bar. Snooze needs more Vals!“

“This review is for Santos Cafe & Grill 1141 Syracuse St, Denver, CO 80220. I found this place online and had to try it. It sits in a strip mall that is well taken care of. Going inside, it was practically filled up. It is order at the counter unless sitting outside, which we did. A QR scan brought up the menu. A waitress appeared shortly thereafter. I had a Torta, with al pastor. It was a freshly baked crisp bread with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, pineapple and avocado. My companion had the steak enchiladas smothered in red. My sandwich was delightful, and the enchiladas were meh. They have no liquor license, so we got permission to go the liquor store two doors down and got some beer. We saw several customers with Concha Mexican sweet bread with glazed topping, which seems to be popular but not on the menu. I’ll be back to try the pupusas! Interestingly, there is a driving school in the mall, so lookout for rookie drivers.“

“Evelin was absolutely wonderful—super friendly and awesome! The burritos were incredible, truly fire! We ordered two breakfast burritos: one with eggs, potatoes, and ham, and both were delicious. One was spicy chili, and the other had a medium heat. Truly a fantastic meal!“
