Do yourself a favor a buy the croissants. I’ve never been a croissant kid. I never understood them, typically crumbly, dry, unfulfilling. Then. THEN. I was handed a piece of warm, fluffy gold. The first bite I took made me shed a tear. The shock of instant gratification, the taste of its buttery, perfect dough, I was finally living. I ordered Aspen Baking Co. Bagels through a 3rd party. They looked tasty in the picture and they sure are. The bagels are a good size, soft, they taste great, and I like the different seeds and such on top. I'm glad I decided to give them a try, I'll be ordering more!
