Liked the food and wine sampling options. Some of them are really good. Will be my goto stop at denver
My wife and I stopped in here and had a glass of wine before our flight. The glasses of wine they sold us were wonderful. And then we ordered a bottle because well I hate flying so I wanted to be a little tipsy to take off the edge. And the bottle they tried or well they did pawn off on us. Was sour and nasty and gross. Located in the Denver Airport, CRÚ Wine Bar and Bistro offers great food and wine. The truffle grilled cheese with tomato soup and margarita pizza come out fast. It is a clean and quiet spot, a great oasis in DEN and a port in the storm while waiting on boarding. Service can vary. Some find the waitstaff amazing, present, and well-meaning, though sometimes easily overwhelmed by basics like providing a napkin. Others describe service as dismissive and out of sorts, noting waiters not knowing to ask the lady to order first or serving red wine in the wrong glass. A wine flight was once refused due to a lack of the right kind of glasses, despite shelves full of glasses. The spot is not cheap, so be willing to spend. With only one wait staff working sometimes, going up to the bar to pay the tab speeds things along. It is quieter than most airport places, a good choice when time is short before a flight.
