MELANIE is the best. She has that best personality. Her service was on par. Very quick and very social. She greeted every guest that walked by. She was quick on the draw. ? We’ve been to chop house a 1,000 times.. BEST SERVICE WE’VE ever had.
I know I know. It’s an airport restaurant, what did I expect. I did not expect a cold house salad on a warm plate with no dressing. I did not expect a sandwich claiming to have horseradish sauce to have no horseradish sauce. I think the level of complacency is due to the fact that most people have a limited time to eat before their connecting flight. I could have gone to McDonald’s for mediocre food for half the price.

Fantastic food a nice surprise at an airport! I thought I'd get a quick lunch at the Denver airport and was very surprised with the quality of service and food at the Chop house. I was seated quickly at what looked like a small sitting area to find out there was a large area for diners. My lunch was served quickly and it was what I was hoping for from a "chophouse"!
