The food is fresh and tasty, with a kids menu available. The server was attentive and made good recommendations. However, some dishes like the ratatouille and chicken were overcooked and dry. The entrance to the restaurant could be confusing, but once inside, the experience was a mix of hits and misses. The Scallops were chewy and not as fresh, while the Bison Prime Rib was tasty but lukewarm. The highlight of the meal was the delicious chocolate Cherry Cake. Locals may appreciate a 20% discount, but overall, Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps may not stand out among the competition in downtown.
