Wonderful service, excellent food I would absolutely recommend this place!
This is my #1 FAVORITE sushi spot in Colorado. I’ve been to a ton of different restaurants, but no one else has come close. Their rolls are delicious, creative and incredibly fresh. Everyone that works there has always been super nice to me. They’ve been incredibly kind in customizing rules when I ask, and I have never tried anything here that I didn’t absolutely love. This place has delicious food! I ordered the playboy roll and loved it. Yum! They even have vegetarian optiona! The atmosphere was quite nice with music.

Hasu Sushi & Grill is a cozy and hidden gem in the outdoor shopping area. The sushi is always fresh, with the black dragon eel roll, ikura, and lychee martini being standout menu items. The staff is quick, polite, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant offers a variety of sushi options, including the popular salmon lover entree and fresh sashimi and toro special roll, all at reasonable prices. Hasu Sushi & Grill is a reliable choice for both dine-in and takeout, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for sushi enthusiasts. The gyozas are amazing, and the Out Of Control roll, with its seared salmon and spicy mayo, is worth dying for. They have a wide selection of rolls along with lots of nigiri options and incredible fish from a new sushi chef from Sushi Den. The service is really good too, with the same staff always very attentive. Customers especially enjoy the Tri-Crunchy Roll and the Snow White roll.
