Papa John's in Denver

“First time in a long time ordering Papa John's. The pizza was far above all the other fast pizza joints. Food was hot and flavorful. Dough tasted good. The staff super freindly and asked if we needed any plates or seasoning packets. Something i would have forgotten.“

“I had a bit of an issue with my order today- after it was confirmed and picked up, the status suddenly changed to “canceled.” Naturally, I was confused and called the store to find out what happened. Turns out, the DoorDash driver picked up the order and then canceled it, essentially stealing the pizzas.

But I have to give major kudos to the store manager for how he handled the situation. He was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to make things right. He personally called me back, explained what happened, and made sure a new driver was assigned to redeliver the order.

Thanks to his help, everything was sorted out smoothly. Great customer service goes a long way—and this manager definitely delivered!“

“After a horrible experience trying to order from Domino’s who’s employees were wanting to be clocked in but not actually work, I ordered from here and it was everything is should’ve been. I actually placed my order online while I was on hold with the dominos store for 25 min with no avail. I was definitely the last customer of the night and had ordered before the cutoff and got there probably 5 min before close. Their doors were locked but they just brought me my order at the door and that was that. Thank you Papa John’s for doing what Dominos failed to do - letting me buy a damn pizza from a pizza restaurant. Sometimes just doing exactly what’s expected is all that you need to do.“

“First time ordering from here because the dominos and the pizza hut over here is garbage. I never ate papa johns but thought id try it. I was not let down. Hot n fresh when it arrived on time, and they give you the little pepper on the side 🔥 good deals too. Best spot to order from if you live in 5 points ive tried em all.“

“Ordered dinner for delivery (I almost exclusively order for pickup but didn’t want to leave the house). Our first order went out in a timely manner but the delivery driver never actually delivered the pizzas. I called in and a replacement order was made and sent out. From the time we placed our order until the time we actually had food delivered was close to 2 hours. I was contacted by the manager to make things right and will be going back (for pick up) again.“

“My delivery driver delivered my food without knocking I saw him walking away from the house so I opened the door and find out my Driver (DoorDash) took my pizza and bread sticks. I called in and Anastasia informed me that he did in fact receive to full order and she helped me fix the issue with no problem, thank you!“

“After trying multiple Papa John's franchises in the Denver area, I think this one deserves four stars. The food is done on time and cooked golden brown. My complaints are that the toppings are sparse near the crust which results in large bubbles and for some reason their cuts don't go all the way through the pizza. Maybe they have weak arms at this store? Overall, if you like Papa John's Pizza then you should give this location a shot if you are in the area.“
