Shelly is the best!! I haven't been here in awhile, came in today and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The lunch rush was busy (as expected) and my order took a little longer than usual. Shelly apologized for the extra time and offered complimentary beverages while waiting. The food may take awhile but the customer service is always spot on.
Went in once and had the slightest of disappointing experiences, the manager noticed my disappointment however and would not let me leave without making it better I told him it's okay because I still ate the food it wasn't a big deal. (But he made me promise to come back and he promised it would be better)The next time I was in there was 3 or 4 months later and the manager still remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. I know it's not the end-all that all Pei Weis are closed due to the coronavirus. Having said that, o really wanted Pei Wei today. Right now. I liked that it was good food. Maybe not five star. They generally had enthusiastic young people to greet me as I walked in. I, for one, miss them.
