Stopped in for a quick sandwich. However customer in front of me ordered four sandwiches. And the guy making them didn’t want help from the other employees. When they offered he refused the help. The customer was rather picky and had a lot of questions and requests. All the more reason to get some assistance and keep the line moving. It took way way too long for just a few sandwiches.
Came here on a rainy day as it is pretty close to my office. Seems like everyone in the area had the same idea because it was packed. Not sure if it is always this crowded or if it was just because of the rain. The line did take a while as there were so many people 20ish minutes. I got the meatball sandwich. Seems to be a hot lunch spot, so I dined in for diner near closing. They greeted me right away, but couldn't apply the BOGO in person. So, after about 15 mins sitting there trying to get the online order to work. I then had to wait about another 10 mins for the sandwiches'. It was worth the wait, they turned out very delicious. My only complaint is they don't offer soda water on their fountain.
