3 day stay and everything was 5 star for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails!
Kyle was great - attentive but not intrusive, friendly, quick with recommendations, and let us enjoy our meal at a nice pace. The apps and steak were delicious.

Ajax Downtown offers a unique dining experience with a modern, subtle, and classy ambiance. The restaurant serves high-quality food, with the Rib Eye rare being a standout dish. The service is exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable waiters. The menu features a range of options, including tasty appetizers like mussels and a delicious burger. Although some guests found the new preparation of the hamburger, which was supposed to be high-end wagyu beef, to be dry, the overall food is excellent, with familiar dishes remixed to be exceptional. Heartily recommended are the steaks, the duck, and the sourdough, which is grilled and served with burrata and basil, earning praise as one of the best. The wine list is also impressive, with options like French rose and prosecco, the latter being a perfect swap when needed. The ambiance is rated 10/10 with great big comfy chairs. The overall experience at Ajax Downtown is sure to impress, making it a new favorite for many.
