This is my favorite coffee shop in Denver! They kill it every time. They froth oatmilk perfectly and always have gf treats in stock
Great cold brew, and the hibiscus tea was also excellent.
contrary to my cortado’s appearance, it is always a joy getting coffee here! the espresso is so yummy and balanced and fruity, their baristas are so kind, and the vibes immaculate! dare i say, a perfect neighborhood café?

Roast Coffee Bar is a solid neighborhood café. The espresso is yummy, balanced, and fruity, and the baristas are kind. The vibes are immaculate, making it a perfect neighborhood café. There are about a half dozen tables inside and the same outside, with three umbrellas, plus local art inside. The shop offers a solid loose leaf tea menu and an iced hojicha latte that can be made without sweetening. A couple of plastic wrapped pastries and a jar of biscotti are the only sweets. The shop pulls amazingly high quality, flavorful shots and great milk drinks with the perfect ratios. There is a fantastic outdoor patio alongside inside seating. The atmosphere is friendly and the space is beautiful, with fun seasonal drinks and great pastries. The seasonal syrup taste is strong, so the flavor of the latte ordered can actually be tasted.
