“Just looking to get something eat after a shopping trip at Target so decided on giving this place a try and it was the best decision we could’ve made. The food was absolutely delicious. We got brisket pho and the beef & broccoli. It was so flavorful and served so quickly. The person working there was also so kind which made the experience even better. Great service. Will definitely be back and will be telling others about coming here as well!“

“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️“

“I went to Kawa Ni during my latest trip to Denver thanks to a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! My favorite dishes were by far the red curry onigiri with its crispy rice and amazingly balanced sauce. Don’t skip the addictive cabbage either, it lives up to its name and provides a good “cool down” between spicier dishes :) I don’t know about the men’s but for the ladie’s, you’ll get a nice surprise in the bathroom: heated seats!“

Food was authentic and the flavors were perfect. Had the mango mojito to drink and mango sticky rice for desert. The family loved everything!“

Enjoyed the food overall but probably won't come again because I couldn't finish my food. The pho liquid was clean and savory. Meat in the pho was tender and juicy. Very plentiful. Noodles overall good, just wish I had more noodles.“

“Uncle is both a longtime staple and one of my all time favorite ramen spots in Denver. The vibe is always on point with old school hip hop playing, and the energy feels fun but relaxed. Service is quick when dining in, and it holds up really well for delivery too. My go to order never changes. The Khao Soi is a standout, a Northern Thai curry noodle dish with a rich vegan yellow curry broth, king trumpet mushrooms, chili jam, crispy noodles, red onion, pickled mustard greens, cilantro, and lime. It is deeply flavorful with the perfect balance of creamy, spicy, tangy, and crunchy. I always add crispy tofu to make it even more satisfying. On the side, the Chilled Tofu is simple but so well done. Silken tofu served with a soy vinaigrette, ginger scallion, and wakame. It is light, refreshing, and a perfect contrast to the bold ramen. If you like heat, add the Spicy Bomb, a roasted pepper miso paste that brings serious spice. It is no joke. One order is more than enough for a group. “I love this place. I used to go here when I worked nearby. Now it’s a bit further away, but I find myself craving it and ordering on DoorDash or for delivery. I really love everything here but the Dan Dan Noodles are great. The noodles are so delicate and the favor is perfect. I always want more bok choy but that might be a me thing.“

“I went here to celebrate my birthday with a big group & my experience was amazing. The staff was attentive & made sure my evening was perfect! The food was sooo damn good. The Cajun dish was good but a little too much green onion garnish. The mac and cheese dish was Bland and super salty and not enough cheese. I would definitely not get it again. Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.“

Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. Salady is such a fun and refreshing little find in Westminster. I love that they offer Korean inspired bowls and salads; it’s not something you see often in this area. The ingredients taste really fresh, and I especially like the soba noodle bowl with beef rib after a workout, super flavorful without feeling heavy.

That said, the service can be a bit hit or miss. The staff is friendly when you’re there in person, but I’ve noticed some inconsistency with to go orders. A couple of times dressings or toppings were missing, which is a little frustrating. Still, the food itself makes up for it, and when everything goes smoothly it’s such a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, just double check your take out bag before leaving. 🥗🫜“

“My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“

Less than 2 hours later, the manager Heather called me, and was very apologetic and kind. “Walked from our hotel and got sat immediately. Service was super quick! I think our whole experience was about half an hour, but I have a small stomach. Lots of leftovers.

Only negative, which isn't their fault but a manufacturer issue, is that the togo container for the soup failed and the entire bottom came out. They have really GOOD bags! Lol.“
