Their flavors are not really imitating meat, they take the essence of the meat flavor and add or adjust it to better enhance natural tastes found in the rest of the dish. Most vegan places I’ve been to just imitate and then over season-sometimes severely. This place is truly revolutionizing how food can be extraordinary and vegan. Give it a go next time you are by Swedish Medical. It will not disappoint!”

We completed our meal with the carrot cake and peanut butter cup for dessert at the recommendation of our server and they were both amazing. The Emmolo Merlot is a must if you are a wine drinker. We will definitely be back!”

“The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. That being said the food and our waitress definitely did not disappoint!”

Food was delicious, we ordered tandoori paneer momo, veg manchurian, masala noodles, chicken butter masala and garlic naan. Everything was cooked well, and flavors were lovely. Veg manchurian was a perfect crunchy and saucy texture. We loved the smoky wok hei in the masala noodles. If I am in Denver again I would definitely come back!”

Great pad ci ew, better than even most thai restaurants that make it. Shredded garlic pork was very flavorful. The place is clean from front to the bathroom. Very friendly welcoming service. Highly recommend. My 3 year old son loved it also, so also recommend for kids! Very generous portions. Will be back. Again love the music.”

“Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.”

“I've never gone to this bar and not had a blast. The staff is cool, they pour with a heavy hand which I appreciate, there's darts and pool and yeah pretty much just a fun spot to grab a few. They have a bucket that you can throw quarters at behind the bar if you make it you get a free drink. It's a chill spot.”

“This is a very humble and unassuming little store front eatery. Please do not forego for this reason. Once you step inside you will be greeted by a lovely couple of ladies. One of them an elder lady who is so loving and so happy and excited you are there. I highly recommend the traditional breakfast with two eggs, refried black beans, cheese and sour cream to complement the fried plantains. This takes me to my childhood instantaneously. Eating here feels like eating at my grandmother's home sitting at a table in the kitchen, very nostalgic for me. These ladies are amazing hosts and love what they do. Stop by and tell them Jorge sent you and enjoy!”

“This is my go to bar when I need a nice cold beer after work, watching the game, or just because. I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have been here seen several managers come through. Kristie being my first bartender now the owner has always been great even after so many years. All of the bartenders are great but Ashley is my favorite she always has been.”

“Portion sizes have definitely decreased in size and increased in price each time I visit. Service was really good, tnough and the server was helpful and funny. I do believe that the seasoning in the food are not as flavorful as in the past. Free rolls and butter are still a thing, fortunately and delicious. The chicken fried steak was ok but the breading weighed more than the actual steak. Not as good as as it used to be, more mediocre these days.”

I am so sad, Ever always had a smile and was so funny and nice. I know my visits will be different from now on and they lost a great person. Whatever the reason for him leaving and going elsewhere it is a shame if this was the owners fault. Honestly may not even go as much. “I live in walking distance to a Taco Bell but will drive the 10 minutes to Del Taco. Food is always fresh and tasty. The grilled chicken tacos and al carbon tacos are the best! The stuff guacamole quesadilla taco is also great, very filling. The employees are always friendly & fast!”

“After having such a great experience at Aloy Modern Thai, I knew I had to check out Aloy Thai Eatery—and once again, I was not disappointed!

I had the minced chicken salad with sticky rice, and it was absolutely amazing. The minced chicken had just the right amount of heat, with so much flavor, and it paired perfectly with the sticky rice. Everything came together incredibly well, and I’m already looking forward to my second visit!

The service made my first experience even better. Mae, if I remember her name correctly, was incredibly nice and always had a smile on her face. Her coworker, Yupa—again, I hope I remembered the name correctly—was also wonderful and helped me choose exactly the right spice level for my meal.

Both of them were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Between the amazing food and their hospitality, they made my first visit to Aloy Thai Eatery one I won’t forget.
