Starbucks in Englewood

“Every Monday morning at 7:24 am, me and several other scholars of ancient texts meet here to wax philosophical. We often tend to gather great auras of spell witchery, and thusly hath been kicked out of many a StarBucks. To our GREATEST pleasure we have been welcomed by the all seeing eyes of this staff, not only to drink of the brown liquids but also hath been allowed keen use of the lavatories! This StardBucks is one of many, but it is home to I, and my compatriates of fedora wearing frenemies!“

“What a wonderful Starbucks!
Very nice and helpful staff.
It's at a convenient location with lots of other nice stores and shops nearby.
It's pretty new and everything is nice.
The restrooms were clean and smelled like sweet strawberry.

I sat on the terrace and wanted my refill (since I'm a gold card member) and they didn't want me to give my free refill. (Because I left the store).
Another excuse was (since I wanted a ice tea refill) I could only get one of I ordered an ice tea first. This is getting pretty annoying, since I have many emails from corporate where they explain I can get an ice tea, hot tea, iced coffee or cold coffee on anything I ordered.

Pretty annoying I have to go into discussion to get what I am entitled to.

“I've been going to this Starbucks for almost 4 years and it's my favorite location. I'm only there once a week and the baristas greet me by name. Plus I have the most boring drink order and for some reason it tastes way better here than other Starbucks I've gone to. Mobile order is ready 99% of the time before I get there as well.“

“This has been one of my favorite Starbucks for years. The service is always great, and if an order gets messed up they will correct it no questions asked. They usually have a large drive thru line in the a.m., but they always move through it very fast.“

“This is the best Starbucks in the Englewood area. I stopped going to the drive-thru locations on Broadway because they're irritated to fix a drink or make it right. Here they make it perfect and it tastes great! The only complaint is that the customer service could be better. They aren't able to redeem star rewards you've earned on the Starbucks app. It might be because they're not a stand alone store.“

“I go here all the time and some of the baristas know me like Doga. as much as I love it there manager seems to be a rude person to her baristas and to customers other that there manager I would have given 5 stars she just doesn’t have a nice enough mentality to make it 5 stars. Recommendation is to get a pumpkin spice frappuccino double blended.“
