“UPDATE 11:30am! I just got one coffee that took 40 minutes. The SB Erie Team is working their butts off behind the counter, but are very backlogged. I suggest going elsewhere to help them catch-up. Happy Thanksgiving!11:15am! As of right now, it’s taken 25 minutes to get our coffee. Crazy busy inside for the TG Holiday!! Better luck in the drive thru or mobile ordering.Typically great every day other than right now!!!“
“I’ve been going to this location now every weekday now for nine months and it has been the consistently best location I’ve been to over the course of 17 years of going to Starbucks. The people who work there have always been cordial and efficient. To me, this is a testament to the management.
My coffee is always hot which has been an issue at other locations. I actually don’t go to the Firestone near where I live and go out of my way to come to this location instead. It is a night and day difference.“
