My parents drive 40 minutes one-way at least once a week year round just to have breakfast at this Colorado icon! When my Dutch husband and I fly from the Netherlands to my folks for a visit, Coyote's Coffee Den is our breakfast destination the day after arrival - a family tradition!“

“I stopped by the Cafe Belay on my way to Shelf Road to climb over the Memorial Day weekend. The place was bright and welcoming with plenty of seating. Better yet was my hot cup of chai and pumpkin bread treat. They were both simply delicious.“

“Very helpful. I went in with my 3 month old baby when my app had mixed up my order and the manager helped me carry my drinks out to the car. The girls in there were so sweet and very helpful

“Today as "newish" residents of Cañon, was our 2nd time at Happy Endings, and our good impressions were equal to our first. Beginning with Rae's greeting and attention to detail both for our order and comfort. She checked on us at perfect intervals and brought Cynthia, the chef, to meet us when we complimented our meals, from presentation to flavor. Cynthia told us a little about how she and the small crew which included Joe, turn out "miracles" on their small grill housed in the kitchen. In addition, we each took half of our breakfast sandwich and southwest wrap home for later! We'll be back for thirds and more!“
