“My first time to Cafe Belay, and I’m blown away!!! I couldn’t decide between a lavender oat milk latte or a chai….so buy recommendation from the awesome barista I got a small in both!!! I’m in actual heaven these are amazing!!!! Lavender is made in house and so is the chai!!!! Do not drive by Cafe Belay without stopping!“

“Coyote's Coffee Den offers the golden combination of a uniquely cozy atmosphere with friendly, down-home service, delicious coffee, and the most fabulous selection of delicious pastries, along with a wide selection of fresh and healthy breakfast and lunch options. My parents drive 40 minutes one-way at least once a week year round just to have breakfast at this Colorado icon! When my Dutch husband and I fly from the Netherlands to my folks for a visit, Coyote's Coffee Den is our breakfast destination the day after arrival - a family tradition!“

“Super cute shop, lots of house plants and nicely decorated. Came mid morning on Saturday, and only 1 staff member was taking and preparing the orders making it a somewhat long wait time. Drinks were warm but prefer hotter. Cookies were large and tasty.“
