“This bakery is incredible. We come here every weekend to get our loaf of sourdough, and they have many sourdough options. The other baked goods are really tasty, you can't go wrong with any choice really. It's more of a "grab and go" type of place but they have some seating and on occasion I have definitely sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee. The staff is also really nice and helpful.“

“We used Mary’s Mountain Cookies for our wedding desert. We had about 75 guests at our wedding. Our guests and we loved Mary’s Mountain Cookies. They even made the almond glazed sugar cookies into hearts for our guests. We had it as a grab and go station instead of doing the typical wedding cake and it worked out perfectly. Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.“

“Super cute place with the most charming atmosphere both inside and outside. The aesthetics are spot on I wish I could same the same about the rest of the place.
Came in for a morning coffee and croissant and waited in line for a while (about 15 mins) to order and then it took another 10 minutes to get our coffee. I was surprised with how slowly the line was moving and it was really crowded and claustrophobic around the counter.
My iced matcha latte was fine, but my friend ordered a caramel latte which was lukewarm at best when they finally got it to us. Both the croissant and the chocolate croissant were middle of the road.
This place is ideal if you don’t have any plans and just want to hang out for a while and have some fine coffee in a cute place, but there are other cafes in town with better coffee and snacks.“
“Awesome little bakery that has some amazing bread. I passed it by chance and decided to pick up a loaf of sourdough which was amazing. I also picked up a couple of almond rolls and a cardamom bun which were amazing. I'll definitely stop by next time I'm in the area!“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the absolute best experience working with Elizabeth at her commissary kitchen! I’m not a professional baker, but I was tasked with making desserts for my brother’s wedding—260 mini Bundt cakes and a large cutting cake—so I needed a professional space to make it happen. I was traveling from South Dakota and contacted nine churches and five commissary kitchens in the Fort Collins area. Elizabeth was the only one who said yes, and I’m so grateful she did! From the moment I connected with her, she turned my anxiety into confidence. Her kindness, support, and well-equipped kitchen made this huge task feel achievable and even enjoyable. She and her staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. We worked a full day from 9 to 5 and finished everything on time—and stress-free! As a sweet bonus, Elizabeth shared one of her desserts with my mom and I—a decadent fudge oatmeal bar that I will crave forever. It was unbelievably delicious! If you’re in the Fort Collins area and need amazing pastries or a kitchen space for a large project, I can’t recommend Elizabeth enough. She is the sweetest, most accommodating person to work with, and her kitchen is truly fantastic. Thank you, Elizabeth, for helping make my brother’s wedding day so special!“
“Rhonda did such a wonderful job on my stepson’s graduation cake/cupcakes. Somehow in the chaos I failed and taking a picture but it was so nicely done and even more importantly delicious! Our guest raved about the chocolate cupcakes with raspberry filling!“

“I am so, so pleased with my recent order from Eileen’s in FoCo!! Our daughter lives there and we are in Oklahoma. It’s so hard to surprise her for her birthday but Amanda at Eileen’s seriously came through! I requested a birthday cookie in a 1920s theme for her murder mystery birthday dinner party, if possible. Amanda hit it out of the park!!! Ordering and delivery were spot on too! Thank you Amanda and Eileens Cookies Ft Collins!!!“

“We have been looking for a new 'go-to' place in Ft Collins, and this is it! We out regularly, and this was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The salad and soup were herby nutty, and well balanced, and the Prime Ribeye was perfect. Even the fingerling potatoes had a charred-grilled twist that we hadn't experienced before, and loved it. The wait and cook staff were the best! We look forward to coming back soon.“

“My friend and I came to La Boutique today for lunch. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by 3 smiling faces. The owner greeted us in french. sandwiches are good, bring ur own condiments or u can buy some and take it home with u. I was really impressed with all the options for different meat, cheeses and many french bakery treats, including a couple gluten free options! must try there macarons. They are perfect. If u want any of these treats, come early as when they sell out, there gone. All staff seemed to love there jobs. I was very impressed with all the french treats, goodies and had a little of everything. This deli is a must try if u are in the area! We will be back!“

“I rarely leave reviews, especially for a quick stop for breakfast. I came in on the 4th of July, and the three girls working had to contact a manager to help with a till issue. The customer ahead of me had seemed to be difficult, but the girls maintained a good attitude even has the line grew. My food was prepared quickly despite the challenges. Thanks!“
