“I ordered a pecan latte which came out a little too strong for me, I should’ve asked for less coffee so it was my fault but I asked the baristas to remake it. They completely understood and kindly remade it without hesitation, the service was amazing and im very pleased with my experience. Thank you guys!“
“The service is overall great and the baristas are nice but the quality of the coffee is a hit-or-miss depending on who’s working and the time of day you order. About 7/10 times, they’d either mess up my order or it’s just make badly overall (i.e., making the frappes liquified to the point they’re essentially just iced coffee with melted ice)
I still continue to come here because it’s the closest Starbucks to where I need to be half the time and mostly because the people are pretty nice despite the iffy product quality ? the convenience factor is a strong pull.“
