“This inn and out has always had 5 stars in my opinion. MIKAYLA the assistant manager is such an awesome person and team worker. Watching the whole team work is honestly awesome. But I want to call her out for being above and beyond which I rarely see going out anymore as a manager myself! With a smile during rush hour happy to help. She clearly cares about her customers and her team. My burger wasn’t made with the grilled onions and was made with lettuce instead. I asked to just have the onions on the side to go home with and she took my burger and decked it up for me during dinner a rush. Gave us a shake and extra spread which was so above and beyond. I’ve always been impressed with this inn and out. Their customer service is beyond customer service. But thanks girl you rock. I can imagine I’m not the only person who’s had my day made here :)“

“I brought my son here on a Monday. We walked in and the place was packed with kids on their way to church youth summer camp. Instead of the staff acting annoyed or overwhelmed, I saw them take excellent care of those kids and were diligently cleaning as the kids got up.

Our food was really delicious and when I was ordering the gentleman taking my order was happy to provide suggestions on what would go best with my hotdog. Much like a fine dining establishment wait staff would. Everyone working on Monday June 8 during early afternoon was very friendly and helpful.

I really hope management or the owner sees this review so they can pass along the info to those team members. Too often staff hears all the negative but it’s really important that we know when we are killing it as well.“

“A couple days ago, Driving my usually trucking route I stopped at this McDonald’s in the early morning. I stopped inside and ordered my usual Big Breakfest and Black Coffee. The manager Jose, also team leader of the Rainbow Six(?) brought me my food with a smile and helped me some extra hot picante sauce. This place is awesome. Definitely will stop back in on my next route out West. Thanks Jose :)“

“I don’t know who made my food tonight, but you deserve a raise, if you made the 5 piece chicken tender meal tonight with the fry and the shake let me know, I’ll talk to your manager on behalf of you and advocate for a raise. In fact, the entire staff needs a raise. I won’t leave that restaurant until I see a raise on EVERY payroll. Ik those managers are running it like the navy. That chicken was fire. I’m ready to go back. I thought canes had the good tenders but once I came here canes was a lost memory, an ex girlfriend even. DQ isn’t even a side fling, DQ is my main chick. Everybody in that restaurant better be making over 28 an hour, in fact, over 40 an hour, with full benefits. Best tenders I’ve had in a while. “This is the BEST shake shack I’ve visited. I was reluctant to visit because it seemed so busy, but I was able to get more order quickly even after ordering 4 shakes. Whoever took care of that is incredible, especially since it was decently late. The little coloring sheets are perfect to occupy my children when we dine in, and the drive thru never has me waiting.“

Yes, however, our family went to celebrate July 25 with some Blizzards but while we sat inside eating our icecream and employee walked out with a blue stiff bristle brush and started dusting all the air vent above on the ceiling. Ummmmmm really ? There are approx 20 people inside eating their food and now is the best opportunity to clean the above air vents? That should be done at the end of day or when there is nobody in the building consuming food. Lack of common sense is sad.“

Was initially handed the wrong order and then people started yelling at eachother about my order! Handed a bag of food, no drinks.. when I asked for my drinks the person had no clue! Just a regular drive thru order...“

Said that they were prepping some online orders and it will be just a minute. I was waiting in line and the customers in front of me were extremely rude to her and pilling an overly excessive amount of cheese and toppings onto their pizzas. They were impolite and unfriendly but she handled it well. I'm honestly baffled by these kinds of people, if you have nothing better to do than be rude to food service employees, you have a sad life. “I came to Denver on vacation and wanted to try some good Venezuelan food, and I found this place. It's a family business; the owner and his wife serve you themselves, and they are very friendly people. I ordered the tequeños as an appetizer, 100% recommended. I tried the mixed Pepito Primavera and I loved it; the explosion of flavors is incredible. The bacon, the cheese, the corn, and the seasoning of the meat are amazing.“

Parking: You park at the drive in spots. I've never seen it completely full but if it is, you can park on the street or adjacent parking lot and eat at one of many tables outdoors.“
