“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of a friendly restaurant with quality food at a reasonable price.“

“Tasty, but excessive use of oils to cook foods. And I think they use canola oil, which most people are starting to realize isn't very edible. Closer to tractor grease than an adequate cooking oil. My stomach felt the repercussions for my tongues decisions“

“Casa Mata has the best margaritas, food, and service. We tried the other Parker Casa Mari***i and that place was terrible in food, service and drinks. Casa Mata is far superior and better pricing. The bar area is our preference, Coronarita, bean dip, salsa and birria tacos *chef's kiss* Also, if you want extra spice, just ask and they will accommodate! 🫶🏼“

“Drove all the way from Edgewater to check out the Castle Rock Chapala! I’ve been there twice and absolutely love the Castle Rock location! It’s every bit as amazing as the first location giving 5 star service, food, drink & atmosphere! The family that owns Chapala is incredible and they have top notch people working for them! I’ve never found another place that shows such excellence in so many ways! Everything I have tried on the menu is AMAZING and the margaritas are fantastic! Better than ANYWHERE I have ever been! Love my Chapala Family! You are all genuinely the best! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

“Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“We visit several different Santiago’s locations pretty frequently — Golden has always been our favorite. But tonight, we stopped at the Castle Rock location on our way home from Texas, and it was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had at a Santiago’s!
The food was absolutely amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. Everything about our visit was just perfect. The only downside is that we don’t live closer to this location!
Great job, Santiago’s Castle Rock team — you’ve set the bar high! 👏“

“This store is the gold standard of Qdoba. The ingredient line was spotless, the items fresh: hot items hot; cold items cold. The beverage area was clean, there were no straw wrappers. There were no spills! Tables were all wiped down. Thanks, the details are appreciated.“

“My Fellow Tejanos & Tejanas or anyone who loves actual delicious Tex-Mex🤭…. If you have been on the hunt for flavors of back home, like I have continued to be, search no more!!! El Delicioso (used to be named Las Delicias) is the place to go. So it still has all the yummy Las Delicias favorites, however they have added a lot of new Tex-Mex items to their menu and OMG🤤🤤🤤🤤. I ordered their Chile Colorado and it came so close to my mommas and grandmas taste, it made my tummy so happy!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 (plus all our favorite staff is still there)“

“Was first time going to this location and it was decent looking. A little short on the conversations when ordering. Honestly, I was very disappointed though as I didn't notice the chicken was burnt black. Didn't get my receipt, so I guess that's on me**** Changed to 4 stars as Qdoba offered to make things right and didn't just say some lame sorry.“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“Stopped for dinner with the fam and unfortunately they were out of the shrimp I wanted. the young gentleman working there, who I believe was the shift manager or equivalent, felt bad and gave me a complimentary drink. He was very friendly and asked about our evening. He also complimented his coworkers around him. I believe one guy was new and he patiently guided him then thanked the cashier for doing a great job. It was sooo refreshing to see this young man take pride in his job, offer great service with kindness and a smile, and create an environment that you can tell people are happy to be there. Excellent leadership!!“

No big chain restaurant here. Adriana's is family owed and operated. The staff is friendly and they honestly appreciate you as a customer. If you're looking for 5 Star authentic Mexican food, Adriana's is your place!“
