“I’ve worked in the service industry my entire life and I get goosebumps thinking about the food at Sap Sua. It’s the place I come to when I want to specifically remember a meal with my partner, friends or family because I can taste the love in the food and feel the love at the table.

The service is always joyous and convenient and I’m always excited to dry a different cocktail whenever I come. I have heard rumors that the management and chefs treat the staff well, but the sincere attitude of the entire establishment would be proof of that enough. Any neighborhood in the world would and should be proud to have a place like Sap Sua nearby (even though they are dodger and laker fans).“

“I as a nationally renowned restaurant viewer and Denver Denizen half ta say this is one of the best Vietnamese spots and bistros from the Gulf Coast and Houston to here. I am from Gautier,Mississippi, and this is the closest I have gotten to Cajun food here despite all the seafood fare. Just because the banh mi was real. I loved this meal, and want to thank you for an authentic home cooked meal, even tho I ain't from Ho Chi Minh, y'all know we got that Gulf Coast magic! Thank y'all, will return with friends!“

“Stopped into Tí Cafe because they have been blowing up on social media recently. I’ve been told with this is the best place to get Matcha, so I wanted to give it a shot. I went in today around 3:30 and it was pretty busy, there were about six people in line, but it went fast. I ordered a Matcha Sua which is supposed to be with sweetened condensed milk. It was really nice that the cashier told me it was pretty sweet and it tastes a little bit different than standard Matcha because I’m not a big fan of sweet Matcha so she recommended that I get it less sweet, which I did. It’s and open bar so you can see them whisking your matcha too! The drink was amazing, honestly it wasn’t that sweet at all, which is exactly what I wanted. It was very earthy and you can taste the umami come through. There’s lots of seating, and cool old tv’s playing and a video game in the corner you can play with as well. They write your order on a little tag with a doodle on it, which I think is adorable, especially compared to a sticker. Would 100% be back.“

Everything was well prepared and organized. The food was HOT—which is what I look for. I loved how the pho was packaged. Everything was in a bowl with the veggies in a separate plastic part (separate from the meat) in the bowl. It was perfect for when I ate my food at the park.

“There are many options for food and it's all pretty good. You have many options for sauces to use on the table too. The portion sizes are really big though, so it's best not to get too much.
