I had the eggplant parmesan, which was very good. I don't know if the kitchen staff changes, or what? The eggplant portion was very small, three slices of eggplant the size of a silver dollar.“

“We arrived around 4pm so the large dining room was quite empty, which was perfect cause our afternoon was a little hectic. Their lobby had ads for their app - if you download and sign up, you get free calamari. We def cashed in on that.

Since it was an early dinner, we kept it light-ish. We didn’t realize the portions would be huge! I chose the Simply Grilled Salmon with a side of penne pomodoro + soup. Their soup of the day was the Sausage & Lentil, which was so hearty. Lentils swimming in tomato, fennel, sausage and veggies. It had a slight kick to it too, but the most memorable were the glorious garlic burps that followed.

Husband chose the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and it looked pretty watery. He said it was alright.

The calamari came out last. Super crispy served with lemon wedges and marinara sauce, which looked/tasted like the pomodoro sauce haha. We love calamari, but these were a lil too salty for our preference. We removed some of the breading and it was perfect for us after that.

Service was good and attentive. If we happen to be in the area again, I would be interested in their 2 for $45 deal or other entrees.“

“First time eating at Nicolo’s. I always thought It was just pizza pick up place but today we had ravioli filled with (shredded prime rib and carrots) and a beautiful vegetable lasagna. “We've had the opportunity to eat at Homegrown Tap & Dough a few times since they've opened. I've been there with both my family with small kids and my friends. They never disappoint! We've had such an amazing experience there each time. The atmosphere is unbeatable, the food is amazing and they have a great selection of drinks! My kids love going to get food here, we were able to sit and dine in the gondola one of the times we had dinner and it made their night! They have free video games to keep the kids entertained while they're waiting for their food. Make sure to check out their beautiful fire place inside and their outdoor patio! With an Italian-type theme, I guess. Almost like a New York style. Pizzeria, it feels I'm quite cozy and welcoming inside their restaurant on top of their wonderful staff, which I should also add. Is very clean. Just keep in mind, I'm pretty sure that they're open all days of the week except for Monday. Thou it might be Sunday and Monday that they are closed..
Either way, I highly recommend everyone to try out this place at least once! Whether that be by themselves or with the whole family as they do, have a dining-in option along with a to-go option.“

“The kitchen is dirty and in need of a remodel. Most likely all of his kitchens are. The owner doesn't care how filthy a restaurant is. He runs his restaurant in Lakewood with a man who looks like he has syphilis on his hands. After my husband was working next to the guy I can tell you he does not wash his hands. Jared, consider hiring a new chef for your restaurant in Lakewood or, just closing all your restaurants now. The owner Jared Leonard doesn't pay employees and vendors. He's opening three new restaurants in Punta Mita right now though. Also, he ran off on his business partner in Chicago and got sued. He's been sued many times and prefers threats over pay.“

“Your place is neat and clean. The food is fantastic. The servers are pleasant, but they cannot count. My change was 88 cents (3 quarters, 1 dime, and 3 pennies) after staring in the till for a few seconds, I got back 3 quarters. The new "math"!!!!!! October 1, 2024, Well it looks like no one at your place gives correct change. Coins seem to be an involuntary donation to your business. Guess we could begin rounding the check down to eliminate the coins, but you would scream like a stuck hog. Only solution is to modify the "tip" to recover the coins!!!!!!!!“

“This was my first visit and our order was a house pizza. The crust was homemade with a nice thickness. The homemade sausage has a good flavor and texture . The price tag was spendy I thought for a medium size . I would return for an authentic meal.“
