The tiramisu was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. At the end of the night we talked to the new owner who had been serving us throughout the evening, and she couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. It sounds like this place already had a good reputation, but I can’t wait to see what Nancy does with it! She’s a star. We’re not from this area but if we’re ever back we’ll go out of our way to come back here!“

My fiancé and I dined at Olive Garden tonight. At the end of our meal, while I was packaging my leftovers, I noticed a hair in my pasta sauce. I showed our waiter, and he immediately offered to have a fresh plate remade for me to take home, which I really appreciated.

Before our food had arrived earlier in the evening, the manager, John, had stopped by our table to introduce himself—which already felt like a thoughtful gesture. After the waiter addressed the issue, John came by again personally to apologize for the hair in my food. He not only arranged for my pasta to be remade, but he also gave us a generous discount on our bill, as well as provided us with a gift card to use on our next visit.

I was genuinely shocked by the level of customer care and the way John handled the situation. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making things right turned an unfortunate moment into an incredibly positive experience. I left feeling very taken care of and grateful.

I had the funguy Pizza, which is a Mushroom Pizza. It was absolutely amazing. I ordered mine without arugula , as I do not perfer that. It was so good that I ordered a full size to take home for dinner. Our server was Jordan and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside I have to say is that their drinks were just okay. I sent it back and ended up getting a glass of red wine but the pinot noir was mediocre at best. I think management should up their Wine selection and quality, if they're going to pair with Italian dishes. I would definitely go back and order more Pizza and the meatballs look amazing as well.“

My change was 88 cents (3 quarters, 1 dime, and 3 pennies) after staring in the till for a few seconds, I got back 3 quarters. The new "math"!!!!!! October 1, 2024, Well it looks like no one at your place gives correct change. Coins seem to be an involuntary donation to your business. Guess we could begin rounding the check down to eliminate the coins, but you would scream like a stuck hog. Only solution is to modify the "tip" to recover the coins!!!!!!!!“

“The guy James was very helpful from the wheatridge location. I had called the main costmer service line so wasnt sure what place I called got a hold of. So, when I called The lakewood store to check on my pizza, they were very rude in mentioning I didn't have an order there and they didnt even try to help me find the located that had mineI had paid on a credit card I tried to tell them they didnt care to hear it. When I finally got in touch with the right store the guy James was very nice and told me the pizza is on its way.
