“Order the Uncle Sam pizza. Pizza was one the bartender said was popular. It came out hot and crispy. Pizza was thin and had a good amount of toppings. Sauce was sweet. Undercarriage was a little crispy. Crust was thin but wasn't cardboard. Pizza was overall good. Service was great and friendly. The restaurant was downstairs and had an industrial feel with a 1/2 brick wall that looked really cool.Crust - 4/10 (not my fav style)Sauce -6/10Undercarriage - 6.4/10Pizza overall - 6.8/10Would definitely recommend it to anyone in this area.“

“We had the most outstanding dinner tonight. Everything was on point from the atmosphere, to the food and beverage selection. Our server, Bri, was so welcoming and gave us some of the best recommendations for mezcal, cocktails and which tapas to order.
We got the Corn Sour and Colada- both highly recommend. There are so many mezcals to choose from but the two we got were different enough from each other and were both so smooth (see photos).
We started with the tostada de toro, their dry aged tuna was melt in your mouth decadent and the whole tostada was so flavorful. They display their dry aged tuna on the wall and it really added to the aesthetic of their open kitchen.
The second dish was the burrita de chicharrón- the most delicious pork burrito with homemade flour tortilla I’ve ever had with a flavorful salsa on the side.
Third was the costillal de res, a bowl of braised short rib, black beans and chilled with a side of corn masa tortillas. I don’t even know what to say it was the best taco situation I’ve had in a long time.
We wanted to try one more thing and had the tlacato de pato- a slightly spicy duck dish. So tender and filling. I had some corn tortillas left and made a taco out of that, perfection.
They don’t openly have a dessert menu but there is one thing they serve and it’s a surprise- the most delicious one ever so go check out this restaurant and try it all!!

“The beers were good, and the location is excellent because it’s by a nice lake/park. I was there during a rainstorm, so seating was difficult to find. The rain leaked through the garage window causing the place to be pretty wet, humid, and smelly from all the dogs there. I loved that we can open a tab and order from an online menu. No comments on food since there was no food truck when I visited, probably due to the rain.“

“Went to the Rally with our 2 kids. Kids enjoyed ice skating, root beer floats and the rooftop pool in December. Location is excellent, rooms are excellent. Staff was very professional and kind. Kids left their stuffed animals in the room. We got home and discovered the missing stuffed animals, kids are distraught, email the Rally and the stuffed animals are shipped home the next day. I'm sold. We'll be back“

“Nice little restaurant, there’s a bar and giant TVs with sports playing but not so loud that you can’t have a nice family dinner. Appetizer of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were really good, especially the tomato dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Entrees were good (we had the burger and pork belly sandwich). Disappointing S’mores dessert. There’s a separate outdoor area that is pet friendly. They put a jug of fresh cold water in the table, you can buy the jugs filled with beer if you are a beer enthusiast, but wished they sold the jugs empty!“

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“The burger was exceptional. Probably one of my top 5 of the best burgers I've had in my life... I got the Bleu Royale... It was amazing, cooked perfectly, flavorful and loaded with delicious blue cheese and bacon... as an added bonus it didn't fall apart when I started destroying it. So why the 4 stars? Well as good as the burger was, our server pretty much left us hanging the whole time. I ended up having to finish off my wife's drink after my drink went empty because our server went completely MIA... Then we ended up waiting forever to pay our bill. Had our server been a bit more attentive, this would have been 5 stars all the way.“
