The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“This place is my new go-to Denver restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and its not overpriced like every other restaurant in the area. I tried their black garlic ramen bowl and it was so much better than i expected it to be. I didnt take any photos but the photos you see from other reviews are accurate. I cannot imagine what a huge disservice it must be for this local spot to be stuck next to a chopstickers. 100% must try if your looking for something in the rino area!“

“Kiddo and I were out shopping when hunger struck—her craving? Asian food. My response? “Say less.” I could live off noodles and soy sauce, no problem. That’s when I spotted Mee Ramen, hiding in plain sight like a spicy little ninja right off Parker Rd. I pass it nearly every day but somehow never noticed it. Shame on me and my distracted GPS brain.

It’s a small, unassuming spot—the kind I lovingly refer to as a hole in the wall. And if you know, you know: these are usually the gems. Mee Ramen did NOT disappoint.

We both ordered the miso ramen, and it was chef’s kiss perfection. Rich, flavorful broth, chewy noodles, and the holy grail of toppings—a marinated egg. I was so inspired I went home and marinated some eggs myself like a woman possessed. (IYKYK.)

The young woman working there was super sweet, kept our water glasses full (and trust me, hydration was needed). Because here’s the kicker—it was HOT in there. Like, sauna-with-a-side-of-noodles hot. I don’t know if the AC quit or just gave up on life, but that place was steamy. The soup wasn’t the only thing making us sweat. 😅

Still, would I go back? Absolutely. Just maybe in fall. Or with a portable fan. Because for ramen this good? I’ll risk the forehead sweat.“

“Today I had lunch at Tora Ramen. I tried a Japanese sandwich, which was a great surprise! It was very innovative and the flavor was incredible. If you're looking for something different, you have to try this sushi sandwich. It's incredible, and it also comes with a choice of a side of adamame or eggplant fries.“

“Food was excellent! Location is good being that it’s right on 16th street and the atmosphere is well done, clean, inviting and thought out. The service was not great. It was moderately busy and the server forgot about us several times and I had to waive her over each time we needed something. She was friendly but it felt like she either had too many tables or that because we were in the corner we were out of sight and neglected. I’d still recommend going here and it could have just been that particular experience.“

“This was honestly the best sushi I have had in my entire life! David was very attentive to ensure our food and service was excellent. The sushi was very fresh and well-balanced, and we were pleasantly surprised to experience real wasabi served with the fresh fatty tuna sashimi. We will be back!“

“Tatsu is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Denver. Everything about it is welcoming, the atmosphere and the service is very friendly and attentive. The menu has a wide variety to choose from, including ramen and sushi. But we usually go back to our favorites, such as the pork & chicken gyoza appetizer. This is so yummy, we joke that could make our meal from several orders of these! Other go to favorites are the Chicken Katsu Curry, Chicken Katsudon, and the Fried Rice. These are truly comfort meals, in a cozy atmosphere. Nice selection of alcohol beverages too. We come here often, and love bringing friends from out of town. It never disappoints!“

“I think this id perhaps the best Sushi anywhere in Douglas county. It is certainly the best I have had in the Denver area. The service is excellent. We were seated quickly and the specials were explained to us. The fresh sea scallop was amazing. We ordered a la cart Nigiri which was super fresh and great size portions. Our new go to place for sushi! I am celiac and was able to eat Gluten Free here safely!“

We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. “We have had several great experiences here before we go see a movie next door, and I would say the value and service are what stick out the most. Their lunch sushi specials are a great deal, and I would recommend looking at your watch before going. $14 is a steal for the amount of food you get. And, although we are in the summer now, I love, love, love their ramen. I got the 1st sushi option this trip, and the wife got the 3rd one. The quality of the food was pretty darn good for the money, and our service was great. They give you wasabi, and I even asked for more (pictured...PLENTY of extra), but know they have a tasty chili sauce on the table too. This place is one of our light meal go-to's before a movie, when we stuff our face with truffle popcorn. The quality of sushi isn't quite a five, the ramen is sure close, I definitely recommend, and see you there...“

“Great duck bao buns, very nice curry chicken noodle dish (tasted better than it looked - the curry sauce looked a little “lumpy” but it was actually really good). Homemade were nicely done. Very clean and neat inside, with plenty of seating. Order at counter and delivered to you. Not the most extensive menu but it all looked good.“

The music was loud, the laughter along with the people having a great time, made the perfect downtown Denver experience. The ambience is beautiful, the lighting and decor really set the vibe.
