“Both miso and hokkaido broths were flavorful. Handful of sprouts, 2 pieces of bok choy and 2 pieces of meat topped with half an egg, nori, and pickled ginger were served inside each bowl of Ramen. Miso broth was mild and light whereas the hokkaido one was more creamier.
Takoyaki was surprisingly very yummy. We had just come back from Osaka, Japan and Osaka is known for Takoyaki. This place was comparable to what we had in Osaka. Outside was crispy and inside was gooey, just like how its supposed to be. Inside were big pieces of tako.
Very very satisfied with the dinner! We will be back :)“

“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“Excellent service! Very friendly and the food was out pretty quick. The takoyaki was my favorite- almost didn't get a picture. The tonkotsu ramen was so good! I forgot to order spicy but adding in chilli oil worked just fine. Saw several regulars which is always a good sign.“

“This review is mainly about the tonkotsu ramen. It’s absolutely sub-par and unacceptable. They charged me a $1.50 to add half an egg that wasn’t even soft boiled (it was hard boiled). The broth was flavorless and not thick or creamy enough. It only comes with some bok choy and pickled ginger with 3 measly thin pieces of chashu pork. It should be a $10 bowl of ramen MAX. I paid almost $20. Love this places sushi but there’s way too many better ramen places in the area. It would cost them almost nothing to upgrade their ramen considering it uses the simplest and most available ingredients which just shows a conplete lack of care. However their sushi is great and would recommend it over many sushi places in the area.“

“We are OBSESSED with this ramen shop. The whole place feels like stepping straight into an anime episode with Pokémon everywhere, anime playing on the big TVs, and even a robot that rolls up to deliver your food.
The vibe is so fun and unique, and the food is out of this world. Every single thing we have tried like ramen, curry, tempura, and those dreamy smoothie drinks has been amazing. My daughter is super picky and usually complains about everything, but she loves Mikaku Ramen so much that we make a stop here every month when we fly to Aurora from Taos, NM.
If you are anywhere near Aurora, trust me, this place is worth it. Go for the vibe, stay for the ramen. Highly highly recommend.“

“Wow!..Saturday night, 11:30pm, just got done playing a show at Seventh Circle across the street- my wife thought Raman would be good…yes!, but where do you find ramen that late? We decided to check out Raman Moment- It’s a ghost kitchen, so you scan a QR, pick out food and wait- we chose the Spicy Miso Ramen and Tankatsu Ramen…Wow!!!!…everything was the best…great containers, full utensils (chopsticks too)and a reusable bag—-the Ramen was amazing- fresh, delicious, perfectly prepared and still hot when we got home…we had just spent a month in Japan and this food make us ache to go back- hands-down, best Ramen in Denver we have found“

“Just met my friend here for lunch and couldn’t be happier. Got the pork bao bun and the spicy miso ramen with a Thai tea. A clean plate speaks for itself, but I also want to note they were very kind, quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Thanks Asuka!“

“Kiddo and I were out shopping when hunger struck—her craving? Asian food. My response? “Say less.” I could live off noodles and soy sauce, no problem. That’s when I spotted Mee Ramen, hiding in plain sight like a spicy little ninja right off Parker Rd. I pass it nearly every day but somehow never noticed it. Shame on me and my distracted GPS brain.
It’s a small, unassuming spot—the kind I lovingly refer to as a hole in the wall. And if you know, you know: these are usually the gems. Mee Ramen did NOT disappoint.
We both ordered the miso ramen, and it was chef’s kiss perfection. Rich, flavorful broth, chewy noodles, and the holy grail of toppings—a marinated egg. I was so inspired I went home and marinated some eggs myself like a woman possessed. (IYKYK.)
The young woman working there was super sweet, kept our water glasses full (and trust me, hydration was needed). Because here’s the kicker—it was HOT in there. Like, sauna-with-a-side-of-noodles hot. I don’t know if the AC quit or just gave up on life, but that place was steamy. The soup wasn’t the only thing making us sweat. 😅
Still, would I go back? Absolutely. Just maybe in fall. Or with a portable fan. Because for ramen this good? I’ll risk the forehead sweat.“

“This place is my new go-to Denver restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and its not overpriced like every other restaurant in the area. I tried their black garlic ramen bowl and it was so much better than i expected it to be. I didnt take any photos but the photos you see from other reviews are accurate. I cannot imagine what a huge disservice it must be for this local spot to be stuck next to a chopstickers. 100% must try if your looking for something in the rino area!“

“Menya is by far the best ramen spot in Denver. They always have incredible service and fantastic food (I'm a huge fan of their kimchi, takoyaki and spicy miso ramen), and they will actually make things legitimately spicy AND super tasty. 11/10, will always make a trip to Menya whenever I get the chance.“

“My husband had his 40th birthday here last weekend and we had a group of 15 joining for dinner. I did email to ask about this in advance and they were super accommodating to us all. We received our food in record time with everyone really enjoying the flavors and types of ramen we all got. The appetizers were good as well - those pork dumplings were definitely the star there! And the prices are unbeatable. We were even able to bring a cake in and the staff were kind enough to assist where needed throughout. All in all, awesome spot! We've been here sporadically for a while and there is a reason why its one of our favorites in the city!
Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options here
Dietary restrictions: They do have a few vegetarian options and some can be made GF.“
