“I’ve been going to the W Cafe for over 40 years. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad experience. These days I make a point of driving over to Gunnison (I live in Pueblo West) at least 4 times a year. My favorite is the Steak & Eggs. They have the best hash browns, ever.”

“Whenever I’m in Gunnison, I enjoy eating at Garlic Mike’s. I was excited to have my 75th birthday dinner there on January 5, 2025. The cream of mushroom soup and flatiron steak were very good, however the Alfredo sauce was thin and tasteless. We weren’t offered freshly grated Parmesan cheese which is standard for an Italian restaurant! I was disappointed there was no free offer of a birthday dessert or just a scoop of ice cream. They were aware it was my birthday! Also the two young men in the kitchen had a rather loud conversation about a sexual predator that could be heard in the dining area!! So my visit there did not meet my expectations, but I’ll probably dine there during future visits”

“We loved our wedding cake from Cake Me Away! The design was absolutely perfect for our mountain setting—elegant and beautiful. The flavors were delicious, and everyone kept going back for more. We also decided to include cupcakes for our guests, which were a huge hit with both adults and kids—easy to grab and so tasty. Thank you, Cake Me Away, for making our celebration even sweeter!”

“Exactly the type of place we were looking for after putting a couple hundred miles on the motorcycles today. If you're looking for a dive bar in Gunnison, go no further. Touchtunes jukebox, Harley Davidson pinball, pacman-galaga machine, some old machine that looked like air hockey and fooseball combined. Some locals were celebrating after a wake, and told us the old man behind the bar owned the joint. A couple other locals came in to play some pool.”

“Most Starbucks that are located inside grocery stores don’t seem to have a good selection of merchandise. Driving through the other day, I de died to stop in and check it out..definitely well stocked and a perfect variety..especially for any Starbucks Collector.”

“My family has been here many times since I was a kid. We just visited yesterday for the first time in about 4 years, and the food was as amazing as ever. The BEST wonton soup, and amazing crispy chicken in our Sesame and General Tso's chicken. Asked for Extra spicy General Tso's and it could have been more spicy. But we have a pretty high spice tolerance 😆”

“Our late lunch here was fantastic. Fresh lime margaritas were A+ and my pastor fajitas with pineapple was incredible. The vibe here is ok, it being a long narrow restaurant but the quality more than made up for it.”

“We recently had 5B's BBQ cater our son's wedding in Mount Crested Butte, and we were not disappointed. everything was great! The brisket and pork were amazing, the sides were tasty, and the catering service did a fantastic job! We would highly recommend. Our guests are still talking about the food! “We went here before we read any reviews. Had seen the absolutely packed parking lot at lunch time so we went for early dinner. We are from southern Arizona and used to every style of Mexican food there is and we loved this place. Not Tex - mex…much more authentic sauces and styles. The chorizo was outstanding on their chorizo tostada. We definitely will go back.”
