“We were in town for the weekend and saw the vast reviews for this spot! It’s a little “hole in the wall” attached to a vitamin shop. It was THE BEST Thai food I have ever had. You can taste the authenticity, and the owner was right there in the kitchen cooking it all up fresh. If you want some exceptional food, do not sleep on this spot!”

“I’ve been going to the W Cafe for over 40 years. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad experience. These days I make a point of driving over to Gunnison (I live in Pueblo West) at least 4 times a year. My favorite is the Steak & Eggs. They have the best hash browns, ever.”

“We were passing through on our way from Colorado Springs to Grand Junction and were craving a more “healthful” road trip stop. We were actually on our way to a funeral and it had dumped snow that morning and we were honestly exhausted. We found this place and we were blown away by the service. My husband and I got smoothies and my 4 year old got an açaí bowl. My 9 month old tried my tropical smoothie and he liked it so much that he didn’t want to give it back and probably drank at least a 1/4 of it. I realized later that they had actually upgraded the size free of charge, and when I laughed that my little guy had drank a bunch of my smoothie, they gave me another smaller smoothie “just for mama,” free of charge. It was incredibly thoughtful. This was a wonderful pick me up on an otherwise weary day and we are so grateful for their care and service. Highly recommend!”

“This is the only spot I go to for the most incredible cakes and tasty treats! If you’re anything like me and gluten-free is a way of life they have mastered the gluten-free cake recipe and it is better than any gf cake I have ever had! Plus for those that can eat gluten they had no idea the cake was gf! The cake was moist, fluffy and so flavorful we couldn’t put it down. Amazing! We will be coming back for all of our cakes and can’t to devour the next one.”

“What an awesome treat!! I’m surprised at the lack of reviews. This small batch homemade ice cream stand blew us away. The cinnamon cayenne honey ice cream seriously knocked my socks off and the dairy free blood orange chocolate flavor was amazing! Great job ❤️”

“Exactly the type of place we were looking for after putting a couple hundred miles on the motorcycles today. If you're looking for a dive bar in Gunnison, go no further. Touchtunes jukebox, Harley Davidson pinball, pacman-galaga machine, some old machine that looked like air hockey and fooseball combined. Some locals were celebrating after a wake, and told us the old man behind the bar owned the joint. A couple other locals came in to play some pool.”

“Whenever I’m in Gunnison, I enjoy eating at Garlic Mike’s. I was excited to have my 75th birthday dinner there on January 5, 2025. The cream of mushroom soup and flatiron steak were very good, however the Alfredo sauce was thin and tasteless. We weren’t offered freshly grated Parmesan cheese which is standard for an Italian restaurant! I was disappointed there was no free offer of a birthday dessert or just a scoop of ice cream. They were aware it was my birthday! Also the two young men in the kitchen had a rather loud conversation about a sexual predator that could be heard in the dining area!! So my visit there did not meet my expectations, but I’ll probably dine there during future visits”

“I’ve had Gyros all over the U S. My go to is Pitas in Paradise. Perfectly constructed and outstanding taste. Spot on service from the staff. Throw in the Crested Butte cool vibe makes this place hard to beat! We’ll be back!😊❤️🥙”
