“Great food! As some of the reviews said, we have a language barrier. So you can order on line to help with that situation. Prices are on line but not on the truck. The woman that the location is really nice and makes quality food. So far we had the Mexicana Breakfast Burrito and the shredded beef burrito. Both were great. Lots of fillings , fresh ingredients and great hot sauce. Quality tortillas. Saw several people getting menudo. Looking forward to going back more.”

“I’m a trucker, all over the USA and Canada. Found this place on a side street in a residential neighborhood. EXCELLENT FRESH MADE FOOD. Mexican Coke! Nobody working spoke English but customers stepped up. It was REALLY GOOD. Fresh bakery items that smelled like heaven. Fresh, tasty, friendly, good prices! I will make a stop here next time I’m through for sure.”

“Got a Maui Chicken Bowl at the Artisan Rhapsody event in Vail this past weekend. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the panko breading was crispy and light. The rice was perfect - neither sticky nor dry. And the sweet/tangy sauce, I could have eaten with a spoon. All of the ingredients of the bowl - rice, chicken and sauce were in excellent proportion to each other and the green onion garnish not only looked pretty against the golden chicken gave the bowl a pleasant, bright flavor pop. We bought one to share. Gobbled it up and immediately got another!”

“I appreciate the fact that this cafe offers keto friendly options. I order lettuce wrapped sandwich fixings-no bread. They are skilled at lettuce wrapping, which makes it easy to eat. I usually order the Turkey Cob, but yesterday I ordered the Greek Gobbler and it was delicious. They serve sandwiches all day, even though they have a breakfast menu.”

“My husband and I have been dining at Wild Sage for a few years now for special occasions and birthdays and we came last night for our one year wedding anniversary and were blown away by the level of attentiveness our server, Harshit, showed us along with the quality of our food. He was constantly checking in to ensure there was nothing we needed, wiping off our table throughout our meal, and replacing our silverware after we finished our appetizer and before our entrees arrived. We ordered the honey sriracha cauliflower wings as an appetizer and then the duck and the beef bibimbap as entrees and all 3 of them were delicious. I especially appreciate their variety of NA drinks and the reasonable prices as someone who does not drink. I always walk out of Wild Sage happy and satisfied after my meal and will continue to be a customer. I am so glad Eagle has a restaurant of this caliber. Dining in is a higher price, so I also appreciate their takeout burger special they offer.”
