Ive been in town a month and I can't find anything I like more than the Carne asada de res burrito 🌯... full authentic flavor... can make 2 meals out of it. Ill order again. Excellent tortillas
I've had at least 8 of them already.
Both red and green sauce are pretty spicy but super flavorful, its the meat and ches3 and tortilla that make this sucker awesome. Service is very kind.

“Great food! As some of the reviews said, we have a language barrier. So you can order on line to help with that situation. Prices are on line but not on the truck. The woman that the location is really nice and makes quality food. So far we had the Mexicana Breakfast Burrito and the shredded beef burrito. Both were great. “Got a Maui Chicken Bowl at the Artisan Rhapsody event in Vail this past weekend. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the panko breading was crispy and light. The rice was perfect - neither sticky nor dry. And the sweet/tangy sauce, I could have eaten with a spoon. All of the ingredients of the bowl - rice, chicken and sauce were in excellent proportion to each other and the green onion garnish not only looked pretty against the golden chicken gave the bowl a pleasant, bright flavor pop. We bought one to share. Gobbled it up and immediately got another!”
