My husband and I have gone a few times and finally asked for his name since he is always working and helping us. He has incredible work ethic and is super respectful. We appreciate seeing him when we come in. And the perk is this location accepts coupons so we make the extra drive for everything I just stated. :)“

“Amazing food!! Wanted something new for a day out with my dad and he's a big cheesestake guy. I love gyros and it was the perfect mix for the both of us. The food was delicious and served quickly and the server was the sweetest. The place itself is cute and a bit small, only complaint was the floors and tables were a little sticky but I didn't mind. It seems mostly like a place for takeout which I will absolutely be getting again next time I'm around!“

“I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! “You'll have to write up your own order on numbered paper bags. Seemed a lot of work. Tried to recreate a Greek gyros. Got gyros meat, cukecumber, red onion slivers, tzaziki and happily added hummus. Good but not great. Yummy white buns. Hard to find a reason to tip, as only a cashier reads your bag, and you use that bag for cleaning up your table. So did not tip the sandwich maker.“

I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. Much appreciated Vida.

“Best sub sandwiches out there. Delicious ingredients and inventive choices. We’ve been eating Snarfs for years and I love that there is now a location so close to us. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad and provolone and my husband loves the eggplant Parmesan! But truly, you can’t go wrong. Not only are their sandwiches delicious, but they always get our order right. That’s been a struggle elsewhere.“
