“We tried Eddie V's for the first time for our anniversary last night and it was incredible. We ordered way more than we should have because we wanted to try everything, and it was well worth it. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. Our waiter was incredible, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every bite of food was delicious. We will definitely be back again.“

We completed our meal with the carrot cake and peanut butter cup for dessert at the recommendation of our server and they were both amazing. The Emmolo Merlot is a must if you are a wine drinker. “We had such an informative and attentive server. She is very personable woth her tables as well. We came in on July 1st around 6ish and sat at the window to the left of the restaurant upon walking in.

The atmosphere is rustic, cowboy, country but it was tasteful not overdone.

The food was amaaaaaaazing! The spinach dip is a must! The flat bread chips had a crunch but they were airy and light and chewy... and the spin dip was soooo tasty. The parm crusted top made even better. We ordered the new york steaks and it was salted and peppered and seasoned to perfection. No steak sauce recquired!!!!! The sides were delightful and the portions were nice.

For a chain restaurant this beats a ton of steak houses in my book. High end steaks and service for an affordable price. Forget texas roadhouse, or outback or black Angus, this is where its at!

“Our food was great, but what was really amazing was our service by Michelle J. I could tell that she had numerous tables and was very busy. I never felt like I was waiting for her, she constantly checked in on us and asked us what we needed and even anticipated it sometimes. She was always very polite and helpful, would highly recommend coming to this longhorn because of HER!“
