“Best pho!! Plenty to enjoy!“

“The best service and hospitality I’ve experienced in Denver/Aurora. The food is incredible and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about vegan food. They are a family run business that has been operating for three decades with Mama still cooking in the back (they were featured in Westword). Aside from having marked vegan options on the menu, you can also ask them to make vegan versions of things. I noticed they wrote and circled “vegans!” on the order notepad which tells me they are very careful about making sure dietary accommodations are paid attention to. We were able to veganize the chow fun and it was the best (in fact, the only good) vegan chow fun I’ve had in Colorado over the last 8 years. Also large portions at a very good price. This is a gem of a restaurant. If you’re vegan and haven’t been yet, make it a priority!“

“Accidentally went on their grand opening, it was a tad busy but expected. Blown away by their broth and noodles! Love the tendon. A few hiccups with their service but understandable, and their wait staff were so nice and friendly. Finally found really good pho after living in Denver for some years. Only downside is how far they are from me 😁“

“The Pho here is one of the best around. That broth is perfect and I didn’t have to spice it up much at all like some other restaurants though I do like spice so added some Sriracha and jalapeños after the first few tastings. The medium bowl is a large at most places though I’d like to try the large next time as it was so good. The Pork Banh Mi is fantastic and I’ll definitely order it again next visit too!“

“Incredible Pho. Sesame chicken with fried rice was outstanding- huge pieces of white meat so wasn’t overly saucy or sweet. Egg roll appetizer far exceeded my expectations - unique flavor profile - as if they had been grilled after being fried? Delicious. Becoming a go-to to-go for us.“

Yesterday Dave and I had the pleasure of dining with Dave’s Mom Gypsy. She had heard us rave about the great food and service at Crazy Pho You across from South West Plaza in Littleton Colorado. “Large Pho Dac Biet was delicious, had all the necessary meats. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so ended up taking half of it to go. Reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Was hoping to have some culantro as a garnish to go with it but not a big deal.
The Goi Cuon was delicious as well. Good pork and shrimp balance and I liked the coconut heavy flavor of the dipping sauce.
The Cafe Sua Da was authentic in preparation and flavor, not the premixed ones at other locations that don’t have the chicory flavor from the Cafe Du Monde. Would 100% recommend.“

“One of the best banh mi spots in Denver! I've been to quite a few and nothing matches the quality, service and prices of Banh Mi Station. They have amazing sandwiches, Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea and a great lunch combo. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for an amazing banh mi.“

“This is my favorite Pho place in Castle Rock. It's a Southern *(Vietnamese) style which is indicative of the darker, richer sauce with heavy notes of anise. I tend to usually get the Pho Tai (rare steak) and their beef portions are always generous.

Parking: The restaurant shares a parking lot with several other businesses. It can get busy, but I've never had an issue finding a spot.“

Authenticity, my KPI for authenticity = if there are vietnamese people at a vietnamese restaurant with family, it is authentic enough for me. And there were total 5 vietnamese family(tables) there. “I have been going here as my default pho place for years now. I love the broth! I’ve tried a couple of other places but always come back to this one. I’m not super big on pho broth with a strong cinnamon flavor, so that’s why I like Pho 75’s broth. They did recently get new management and remodeled, and although I sometimes miss the hole-in-the-wall feel, their broth hasn’t changed, so I still enjoy this place. One change with the new management is their crab cheese wonton recipe; they are amazing! So big and flavorful! It seems like they usually only have one server working at a time, but I always get quick service and a friendly staff member. Always a good, consistent experience for me.“

“I've eaten at nearly every pho place in the western Denver area and I believe this is the best pho I've had in Colorado. I was genuinely scared to add Sracha because I was afraid I'd mess up the flavor.

That being said, it is also cheaper compared to others as well. Multiple $6 appetizers. Definitely give it a try!“

“Was so happy to see a ramen and pho place open up here (we live across the street). The server was so friendly and refilled our drinks promptly. We ordered the summer rolls, chicken ramen, and chicken lo mein noodles. Everything was so good and very delicious - cannot recommend this place enough. “Been going to this place since they opened for over a decade now. They have the friendliest owners and staff, service is super quick, the food comes out almost immediately and is delicious. It's always great bowl of pho with generous serving sizes no matter which meat you get. I have eaten at many pho places in Denver and Pho 95 Southglen is never a miss!

Also, try the salty lemonade at least once!“
