“We came in for the meatball sandwich but had none so the worker said they would be ready in 15 mins if we wanted to wait so we did. The employee serving us was nice he actually made our sandwich to perfection and when he saw there was an empty Parmesan cheese he got a new one. First kid Ive seen in Long time that actually gave great food/ customer service wish I got his name I think it started with an A? He deserves a shout out!“

“I’ve lived in lochbuie for many years but ever since the new young lady started working there as the manager I’ve sure seen the place improve, it’s so much cleaner. I love how welcoming they are as you enter the building, they never used to do that before she started. Although I did have one problem a few weeks ago, but it was with a guy, he had worked there a bit longer than her and he mostly works nights I believe, he cussed so frequently and overall didn’t have a great experience with him so I prefer going when she is there. So if you really want great service go during the day and she will take great care of ya! As for him I hope he doesn’t hold her back!“

“Had a plesent young lady greeting customers and helping with the new kiosk ordering system. She was wonderful and very helpful. Not sure about the kiosk ordering thing. Always thought the Subways concept was you could look at the fresh ingredients and choose what you wanted by visually seeing its freshness. Evidently, not anymore.“
