“Hard to assess this place. We ordered takeout on Christmas day or Eve and everything was backed up for hours. They told us it would be 90 minutes to get the food and it took 2 hours longer than that. Once we got it though, the food was delicious.“

“I’ve had this place saved in my bookmarks for months and I finally was able to go and try it, and WOW it does not disappoint!!

I got the Tom Yum noodle scoop with veggies and tofu medium spicy, and it was exactly what i wanted and needed. the flavors were rich, complex, and just spicy enough to give it a warm bite.

My friend got the Pad See Ew with chicken and said it was incredible. we both cleared our plates (she said she was a little too full, but I felt perfectly satisfied with the noodle soup)

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

My #1 pho spot in Denver and I’m from New Orleans area with great Vietnamese food and fresh seafood. This place could easily be one of the best restaurants I’ve been to for a bowl of pho and a cold beer.“

“I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

“It was good but nothing to write home about. My daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta and I had the garlic sauce mac and cheese with bacon and crispy onions on top. The Cajun dish was good but a little too much green onion garnish. The mac and cheese dish was Bland and super salty and not enough cheese. I would definitely not get it again. I was surprised because the mac and cheese I used to get at Noodles & Company was very cheesy and good and this did not live up to that.“

“Excellent Pad Thai. Very well balanced spice without overpowering amounts of Tamarind. Fresh bean sprouts. Food made by a craftsman! If you want to muscle it up with chili spice the blend they prepared lit the fire. The mango sticky rice for dessert really is memorable.“

I have also never been disappointed with the seasonal vegetables (green beans, broccoli, bok choy). They serve soup dumplings ever so often and totally worth trying if they are available. They have an upstairs that you can reserve for parties as well. I have never been disappointed by anything I get here.“

“My husband and I have been to Noodles and Company dozens of times over the years. This was our second time at this specific location. Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It was excellent and actually a lot more spice than I would have expected, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the food was very good. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.“

He greeted us when we entered, took our order and even wished us a good night when we left. Perfect customer service!! We ordered the regular size and had just enough for leftovers the next day! We always add some chicken protein to make it extra filling too.“

Less than 2 hours later, the manager Heather called me, and was very apologetic and kind. “My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“

It was moderately busy and the server forgot about us several times and I had to waive her over each time we needed something. She was friendly but it felt like she either had too many tables or that because we were in the corner we were out of sight and neglected. I’d still recommend going here and it could have just been that particular experience.“

I only got the spring rolls so I don’t want to say the food was necessarily bad- but the peanut sauce with my spring rolls was really gross tasting. I was surprised they served it. It tasted like it had gone bad or something. The spring rolls themselves were not bad but nothing to write home about. Just ok. I wanted to like this place because it’s so central and the man taking orders was really kind and professional. I’m going to try again and see if the pho is any better.“
