“Kevin and James absolutely exceeded my customer service expectations last night when I stopped in to order a sandwich to go. I was unusually particular about my Italian, but they were incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. After an overstimulating day, their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond meant a lot.
When I asked for ranch after I had already paid, there was no hesitation or nickel-and-diming—Kevin even gave me two ramekins without a second thought. Their service made the entire experience memorable, and because of them, I’ll be choosing this location exclusively moving forward. These guys are exceptional at what they do and deserve recognition. It is a great atmosphere for families with visual examples of the sandwich sizes, kids meal options and limitless variety for creating your own sandwich. It was a fun dinner-date location with my kiddo.“
