“We took a group of four (4), and it was our first time. All of us tried the Pho, and some of us had boba. The service was fast and kind. We went at lunch time, the rush came in after us. It seemed to be popular. It's as good as pho restaurants back home, so it was nice. I enjoyed the art inside. The chili oil was good. The utensils were reusable, which I love and appreciate.“

“Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! “I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

I can’t wait to come back and have another wonderful meal.“

“I have tried most Pho places in Littleton. This is the best one. Great stock, lots of noodle, lots of great tasting meat, veggies. Portions are more generous than at most other places. Now, it's a bit of a hole in the wall with respect to decor and ambience, but if you want the best Pho, it's the place to go.“

Vibe was pleasant, not loud so good for friends catching up over dinner. Fyi they do have a wine bottle list if you ask and some very reasonably priced bottles which paired well with the food.“

“The staff was very accommodating for our big party. We had to move several times due to the fact that additional friends kept showing up. Food was great. Allison was a great server, very nice and accommodating, however, the AC is fully incapable of cooling their establishment. Me and my group of 8 were all sweating profusely during our meal. “My family and I have been coming here for almost 10 years now, and we are always very pleased with the food and service. We got the combination pho, a combination rice plate, and a seafood curry dish. We also love their fried pork egg rolls and highly recommend them! We also got a mango and passion fruit boba drink, which is always a classic dessert for the end of the meal.“

“Experienced a hit and run at the parking lot. While waiting for the police to come (took 3hrs), I got food here. The pho tastes really good! “Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . The space for waiting is not big so it was super crowded I will definitely be back when I’m in the area to try other matcha flavors.“

“I love Pho Asian Fusion! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Denver in 2017. My order is tofu veggie pho with beef broth. The broth is flavorful, the portions are great, the people are nice! “This used to be my go-to spot for pho especially considering there are not many places around open past 9pm. Their pho was never the best but their prices were lower than nearby competition and their hours are more convenient. This place is your typical old school pho joint and personally I love the spicy chilli crisp oil they provide.

But recently they've updated their menu and with that came additional price increases, which they had already increased steadily over the last couple of years. I was disappointed to learn that my go-to bowl with rare steak, tendon, tripe, and meatball was no longer officially on the menu without paying for additional add-ons.

During my last visit it took ages before one of the older gentleman took my order except he took my order incorrectly. The other older gentleman (the owner) corrected it and took back the bowl and brought out the correct one after another few minutes. Unfortunately I could tell that my new bowl was just reused from the previous one, which I don't have an issue with but it also made my pho noodles overcooked and too soft for my liking.

I get that they had to change prices with the times but now that their prices are aligned with nearby Viet's or Pho Hong, I'll just go to the other places instead since the prices are similar and their pho broth is much tastier.“
