“We tried these on a limb and were surprised at how delicious they were! We got Steak and Pastor and both were the kind where you look at them and are like “wow, these LOOK good!” You take your 1st bite and the explosion of taste takes over and your eyes widen and you look at each other and go “Mmmm!!!” After you’ve wrapped your head around the deliciousness you say “dang, these are gooood” and proceed to stuff your face like starving werewolf! They’re the “good” street tacos, the ones that are made right. IYKYK. The flavor hits and is the right flavor. The meat is excellent quality, not the small, thin, cheap, greasy, fatty kind where it’s all bites of fat, it’s juicy, tender and seasoned well. The corn tortillas had flavor, not just dry and cracking. The pineapple was either grilled or cooked with the meat and each bite had pineapple. My son doesn’t like onions or cilantro but the steak was tender and had tons of flavor, no chewy, spit it out bites. Don’t let the taco truck or location throw you off, if you’re looking for a good, made the right way street taco, these are definitely gonna be the ones. Price was kinda pricey, it came out to a little over $4/taco; but for the taste and quality, we didn’t mind paying what we did plus tip for the great service and customer service; the old dude was very nice, welcoming and friendly. I didn’t feel judged or rushed. They have a little covered “eat here” section with tables and chairs and coolers with icy cold drinks. They also have the standard green (mild) and red (hot) salsas. The green has the right amount of heat and complimented the Pastor tacos very nicely! Made it almost like a sweet and spicy kinda deal. The red, to me, was way too spicy- like numbed my tongue, made me choke spicy lol but then I can’t eat hot Cheetos so take that how you want.“

Serving size of garbage plate was yuge, a real plate full of food just like back home in Rochester. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to grub. “This Taco truck is THE BEST that I have ever had in Denver. The staff is so courteous and accommodating to whatever you need. The portion sizes are generous and the tacos are absolutely delicious. You can tell in your first bite the ingredients are fresh, and prepared traditionally. Definitely get the salsa, it has a kick but it takes the tacos to a whole other level!! Give them a try and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!“

“Delicious!! I have always gone to their food truck but it's my first time at the restaurant, so I got one of pretty much everything. We had Pork Gyros that were perfect! I got a Green Salad and Feta fries and it smelled so good in my car it's amazing the food made it home. I had some Greek soda (orange is my favorite!) and OF COURSE had Baklava and Loukoumades.

Just look at the size of it from the picture. Never am I disappointed with the perfectly balance of ingredients they use to create this burrito. If you’re not the breakfast person try the lunch menu. I tried the steak burrito and was just as amazing. Not to mention the fresh out the pot beans! Not a big fan of beans unless they’re my mother’s but these beans are hands down the best. Got an assortment of 4 and they were all fire. The quesabirra was off the chain too. 10 bucks for 4 tacos that make you dance is well worth the stop. Where is the Michelin star?? “This is our go to place for tacos. Everything on the menu is delicious. Tacos estilo jalisco is one of our favorite. Staff is awesome! Very friendly and they always make sure we get plenty of their delicious salsas. You gotta be a little patient though they are busy most of the time so waiting time is a little long but worth it.“

On a Monday, both their physical sign showed they were open, and Google Maps said they were open until 7 PM, but unfortunately, they were closed when we arrived. This left my company quite disappointed.

This isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of confusion with their hours, which makes it a bit tricky to plan a visit. While the food is top-notch, I really wish their hours were more consistently communicated so I know when to catch them open. Still, definitely recommend for the delicious food, if you can time it right!“

Frankly, I've never felt a craving for a burrito. You can imagine I've never had decent rice and beans, either, and veggies in burrito? Meh.With that in mind: I was walking by and decided to stop because the smells were delicious and I wanted a snack. I had a barbacoa burrito here for $7. The staff were kind and friendly and the whole atmosphere around the truck was super relaxed and community-style. It's a nice breath of fresh air that doesn't feel hostile to low-income folx without feeling closed off to "newcomers".Anyways, for the food: WOW. It's been a long time since I've had beef this perfectly tender and fatty and flavorful. The burrito had some sort of lettuce or maybe slaw, but it balanced perfectly and never felt nasty like you might find at Qdoba or Chipotle, and for the first time in my life, I actually liked the beans and rice--it had FLAVOR and texture. I was GOING to save half of it for a snack later, but before I knew it, I'd horked the whole thing down like I would my grandma's egg rolls.I'm still thinking about that burrito. I'm legitimately considering making the trek back here periodically despite moving away, just to try as many things on the menu as possible. I don't do that for many restaurants, mind you. But. WOW. I've gotta come here again, you know?“
