“The wait was super slow, but that was because they were down a waiter today. The locals say there it usually is a short wait.
The food was delicious. I tried the Chow Mein House Special, and my wife had the Cashew Chicken. We also got crab rangoon and the Alaska Sushi Roll. All was delicious, especially the Sushi Roll.
The price was reasonable; although more on the expensive side, the amount of food for the main dishes is probably worth two meals.“

“I’ve visiting Eddie V’s numerous times, but this time was special. Not only was the vibe just electric, Gabriel (Manager), was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived, he advised me that the night would be magical, and to expect next level cuisine. Not that I doubted him, but I’d heard it all before, so to speak. Gabriel, you and the staff blew us away.. The bone in ribeyes were cooked to a perfect medium, The truffle, macaroni and cheese was fresh, and earthy, with just the perfect balance of sharpness. The asparagus was prepared just right. That purple diamond drink was phenomenal, and I recommended it to anyone who visits. For dessert, we had the bananas, foster, and the molten cake. Both were exquisite. Gabriel, thank you so much for following through with your promise, that this to be an amazing experience. It was that, and so much more. If you’re contemplating going, contemplate no longer. Reserve your space and hold on for a trip to Gastronomic Euphoria. Thank you again guys. You’re the best.!!!“

“This is my 3rd different GB and it is by far the best!!!!! I had to let the cook know that the fish AND the chips could not have been more perfect . The condiments area was stellar!!! Vinagar, fresh cut lemons amd some of if not the best tartar sauce. So tasty and creamy. Great job GB.“

PRO TIP: Wear the bib and be prepared to get messy (aka don't wear white or long sleeves lol). Ask the servers to give you a demonstration of how to get all the meat out. They are so great about that. We need reminders every time! We definitely go back every year when they have fresh crawfish!“

“Outstanding!!! Shout out to Cap Grill. My partner and I went there for a pre dcpa show, date night dinner. We shared a ribeye steak. It came a bit over cooked. However, I did not send it back because it was still a high-end cut and I didn't want to waste it. Here's the amazing part... our server saw that it was over cooked and let us know she already had a new one being prepared. She did this without us even saying anything. Turned what would have been a pretty good dinner into an Outstanding experience. If you want good old fashioned great service, Cap Grill is one of the few remaining long standing gems in Denver. I'm not a huge fan of the butter seasoning, as it doesn't taste much like real butter so I usually opt to order takeout of the plain boiled crab legs and melt my own lemon butter to dip the crab meat in.
