“I am a frequent customer at this location, and I am always helped by the kindest employee. She's a sweet respectful girl who wears a beanie. I've seen her help other customers and she is amazing! She is one of the reasons I make sure to stop at this location. I'm not sure if she's a manager, but if she's not, she should be!“

“Pretty decent Starbucks. I've lived in this area my whole life and have been occasionally coming to this Starbucks for a long time, but it seems like the friendlyness has become more judgie. I came in recently to pick up my mobile order and sat down with zero greeting, but people who looked to have more money than me (looks can be deceiving) were greeted one after another after I sat down. I could care less but treat people the same no matter how they look, Starbucks.“

“Overall a nice place, the only thing that is that the staff is always busy (considering there's only two people) which isn't there fault but when there a long line (usually there isn't) they might take longer to take your order.“
“Just got my drink at this location, I live in castle rock and was in the area to shop at neighboring Trader Joe’s. Anyway, the ladies there this morning were all fabulous. They all acknowledged me as soon I came in and then helped out with the Starbucks app glitch I was having. I had enough points for a free drink and I initially ordered a grande but the lady asked me if I wanted to make it venti since I’m using my points. I really appreciated her asking because even if I didn’t want the bigger size at least I know that I was given the option. It may not be a big deal for some but I truly appreciated it. Way to go!“
“The drive through can be hit or miss for how fast it goes but this feels like all drive through Starbucks. The day I went it went by fast. The employees showed excellent customer service. Very friendly. I recommend this starbucks location“

“Only 4 stars because I refuse to let 1 person bring down this amazing team. This morning before 8am as I was heading to my work in retail, I came to my favorite Starbucks. Today I was met with rudeness. I was told "I can't read your mind" when trying to make a custom drink which I had done so the day before. I have never ever been treated so poorly. I should have spoken up but I didn't want to escalate the situation which they (window person) seemed determined to do. I will keep going to this location because like I said the rest of the team is fantastic. I really didn't need this this morning. Today starbucks brought me down, so much for my little joy in the morning. Please give them deescalation training. I'm afraid of getting them again. ?“
“Friendly service. Coffee was good. Glad that they serve coconut milk for your coffee if you request it. The guy making my drink even joked with me about having to go squeeze some fresh coconut milk for my drink. I needed the laugh. :) Never disappointed with this location.“
“The young man behind the counter made us the best drinks we have had yet at a Starbucks. We were there 11/24/21 at about 5:30p if his bosses are paying attention. He was super friendly and attentive. We don’t live near the area to go there any time soon but we were super happy with our drinks so would frequent there if we lived closer (even my anti-Starbucks husband was a fan). To have an exceptional drink made in such a big chain is impressive. Thank you“
“Standard Starbucks experience. They were slammed, as per usual for the mall location. Friendly staff albeit clearly over worked but they were still great. Nothing outstanding, good or bad, just another date with corporate America here. The only thing that makes the cold brew special anymore is the obnoxious amount of toppings you can add. Nice for a self treated cup of disease, but still tasty.“
“For a Friday morning rush, coffee drink came out quickly. The coffee cake on the other hand, took over 10 minutes. Completely understand they were busy with breakfast sandwiches but there needs to be a better system in place to get out pastry items faster. They were going in order of how it was ordered but maybe look a head at other tickets to see if that would help get them out of the trenches. Plus prices seem to be going up every time we order there. Getting too expensive.“
“Nicer, newer store. Though it became a running joke throughout my drive thru experience on the barista having an off day, I ended up with one of my drinks being pikes extremely hot coffee, instead of a white mocha. Big difference, had to park and go inside to get the correct drink. Being disabled, I drove a few miles for the drive thru and ended up having to lug myself and medical equipment inside. The original coffee was so hot, it burned the roof of my mouth for the entire day. Not a gripe, we all gave off days, just a fair review.“
