“Visited Boulder Cork for our anniversary and had the most wonderful experience! All of the staff were so friendly and kind, our food was delicious, and drinks were tasty. Their dinner happy hour menu has great prices and really good options. The prime rib was delectable and the fish & chips were fried to perfection. Mud pie for dessert was incredible as well! “This was the fourth time at the Hideaway and, as always, the food was above expectations. If you never tried the elk dish before I would highly recommend it. All our guests were very pleased with their dishes: Seafood tower, steaks, pork. Big success. I would like to give a special kudos to the server and GM who handled an unusual situation extremely well. Unaware that Colorado Law doesn't allow the bringing of your own bottle of wine in restaurant (we just moved from another State were "corkage" is always allowed) we were advised first by the waitress (very kind and apologetic) and by the GM (who kindly even offered a comp bottle of wine). Our answer at the time was a bit dismissive (sorry for that!) mostly due to embarrassment than anything else. In the end we understood the issue and everything was just fine . Again "well done" to the GM who handled everything with grace and great customer service skills. We will certainly come back....this time without a bottle of our vino!! Cheers“

“We celebrated an engagement dinner Thursday night at Law’s Chophouse. We couldn’t have asked for better atmosphere, service and quality of food. Atmosphere was absolutely perfect- love the soft lighting, attention to detail, warm woods and colors- absolutely perfect for fine dining and a special dinner. Service was great. Evan was our server and he was extremely attentive and cared about making sure our experience was perfect. The manager and owner checked in with us many times to make sure we were having an enjoyable time. Food menu was superb. We all loved the selection with something for everyone at our table. A few within our party were vegetarians and we were able to enjoy some of their selections. The roasted Brussel sprouts were delicious. Bruschetta was fantastic and they offered some great pasta options. Salads and other choices were also available and the restaurant is very accommodating about working with you to make sure your experience is perfect. We will certainly be back to dine again at this restaurant. A great find and enjoyable experience was had by all.“
