“Should have taken a pic of the food because food ____ is what we all wana C. But in n out always has our hearts and souls. Doesn’t get better, animal style, 3x3 with grilled onions (and cheese on every damn layer)please!!! 🙏 (so fresh so clean) last meal before heading to Texas! The obvious choice!!!

Parking: Very easy to park, most people go drive through at in n out, but I keep it classy and go on in the in n out.

“I like Arby's. Today was an off day for them. They asked me to pull up to wait for my food. Great. I prefer to wait and get fresh motz sticks than when I get microwaved soggy sticks.
A staff member came up about 3 feet from my car window and started shouting, waving a bag at me, so I took it. She was practically throwing it in my window, so of course I took it. It was not my meal. It belonged to the man inside waiting for his meal.
I took it back inside, and she was upset that I had taken his food and told him she'd have to remake it (obviously). Nothing was said to me.

Apparently, they had to remake my meal as well because I stool there the whole time they remade his meal and a while longer still passing time waiting for my motz. She finally asks what my order was as though I'm a sneaky one trying to steal someone else's meal. Once my credentials were properly verified, I was allowed to go on my way.. . with my now cold mozzarella sticks. 😞 At least they hadn't been microwaved.

“Always great service with a smile! The employees are fast and efficient, careful to make sure your order comes out right, and quick to fix any problems that arise. The play place is great for kids. While it's really better suited for younger kiddos, even tweens seem to enjoy the facility. We also love the drive thru and all the heaters and fans under the canopy. It makes it easy to go through the drive thru even in extreme weather. Definitely up to the high standards associated with the Chick-fil-A brand.

“There are a lot of teenage workers here, but I can tell their hiring process is probably intensive. Everyone always has smiles on their faces and they adhere pretty strictly to the polite and cheerful "my pleasure" demeanor. Whenever I visit they always make sure to make the most out of what you order. The food is Chick-fil-A, very standard.“

“To start. I never eat at any Arby's. My in-laws are here and they wanted it.
Went through the drive-thru and when I got home I noticed we were missing an item from our order. Luckily I don't live too far away so I called and let them know. Zach (shift manager) was very kind and apologetic. He had great customer service and even gave me additional items for the inconvenience. I find great customer service very rare anymore. I will be a repeat customer.“

They weren’t related but offered to correct the problem anyways. They went out of their way to rectify a problem caused by another location! This speaks volumes! They don't cook your food until you order so nothing under heating lamps. Plus they make their frozen custard fresh everyday. Always 3 flavors chocolate , vanilla and flavor of the day.

As the shake was finished she brought it out. She went back in and soon after came back with my sandwich. I'm writing because she gave me a minute to get some coins together, she counted them, tended to my possible wait time with my shake and all with kindness in her voice and smiles.
