The burrito was good and a large portion. Seemed like a typical tex-mex place, which I could tell from the menu and is ok with me. Friendly and helpful service. We also ordered margaritas. One large and one smaller. They were good, although I didn't feel like I'd had much tequila after finishing the large.“

“Stumbled upon this place a year and half ago - what luck! We visit from VA every year and stopping in is now a must! Best birria tacos we've had (we try them everywhere)!! Ordered 40 the other day with our family and they came out quickly and beautifully! Great queso too! Owner and staff are terrific!“

“Absolutely the best Mexican food in Colorado! Stopped at their new location on Sinton Rd and it was delicious. The owner and his son were extremely nice and everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The carne asada was mouth watering delicious and the seafood chimichanga was amazing. We had the fried ice cream for dessert and it was melt in your mouth satisfying. We will definitely be going back as often as we can!!“

I got the #18 Carne Asada Burrito with rice and beans. The carne asada burrito was massive! The meat was very flavorful I enjoyed every bite especially with pairing it with the green salsa. They do give you a good amount of rice and beans as well. I ended up sharing half of it because it was a lot lol. Hubby got the carne asada torta and he enjoyed it with the red salsa.“

“Wow. This is what I kept saying to myself over and over. For starters we got the molé wings. If you haven’t had molé you need to. It’s a chocolate cinnamon mix that is easily one of my favorite things about Mexican cuisine. These guys nailed it. The wings were fully coated in molé and cooked perfectly.For mains we got the Pablo papardelle and cochinita pibil tacos. Anyone that knows fresh pasta and tortillas knows that there’s a fresh taste that comes with both that you can’t get premade. Both the tortillas and pasta were incredible. The Alamo sauce and corn had the perfect blend of spicy and sweet from the corn. The tacos were so freaking amazing. I had never had cochinita pinup and it didn’t disappoint. The habanero slaw was the perfect addition to the taco and the fresh masa was chefs kiss.To top it all off we got the flan. Normally my wife and I are not a fan of flan, but this was perfect. It wasn’t runny. Very firm and flavorful, and the berries it came with were the perfect compliment to the dish. All in all a true 10/10. The chef and his wife are great people and the waiter made us feel special and at home. I can’t wait to share this place with my friends.“

“Hands down a 10 out of 10, IF want/are looking for AUTHENTIC FRESH MEXICAN! The restaurant is cleaner than any I've been to. My mom commented on how spotless and shiny everything is.

The owner is fabulous. The quesa birria tacos are great and the Menudo is on point. My husband said his go to for Menudo here in Springs! The tortillas are homemade. Both the corn and flour. The rellenos....seriously, Idk what she is making that sauce with but its Crack, 2 time in 1 week 😆. Can't put my finger on it but, it just hits different from traditional rellenos.

You gotta come check this spot out and show some love. You get what you pay for!!!!
