“We had a poor previous experience with the food quality, definitely wasn’t up to par with what we’re used to having here. The manager was super understanding and helpful, he made the experience better. Fast forward a week later, we came back in for dinner, food was amazing like we are used to from this location. Had the firecracker shrimp to start and the beef short rib stacked enchiladas - both were awesome! One of the best meals I've had - don't let the location dissuade you. “Super delicious froyo milkshakes and smoothies! The prices are also decent in relation to quality and amount received. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the service was lackluster. I was not expecting table service, but the person taking orders and making the smoothies did not know much about the ingredients, sizes, toppings, etc. That caused a wait which is normally nbd but when one is a hot and grumpy 5 1/2 yr old waiting can be painful.“

“Was in Boulder for four days and ate at Café Aion twice. The food was outstanding, full of flavor, and I’d go back again tomorrow if we hadn’t had to leave town. The service was wonderful, and the environment was cozy and friendly. If you enjoy French and Spanish cuisine at very reasonable prices, I would strongly recommend Café Aion.“

Working her Mother’s Day serving us so kindly and with humor, made the start of our Mother’s Day amazing. The Manager saw we were two seats short and created a solution right away with ease. There was no frustration, worry, or tone with trying to correct the problem. He did it with quickness and kindness! Our Mother’s Day morning was perfect! “It’s a basic Panera bread. This place was pretty empty when I went (right around 12pm) so I don’t imagine it gets too busy. It’s a nice and chill place to get lunch.

Parking: Loads of parking if you go around the corner. This parking lot might fill up when the nearby mall is busy.“

“We stopped in to take out some pastries for lunch and a dessert for dinner. The service was kind but highly distracted (they were more interested in each other than in us). The lamination in the croissants is fabulous and the filling in the danishes shows a delightful and tasty self-restraint on sweetness. No fault of the establishment, but by 1pm, pastries were a little stale. Probably better to come first thing in the day.“
