It's the perfect combination of local, quality, intimacy, sustainability and novelty.Rotating menu that celebrates local farms.Awesome wine and cocktail list.The focaccia, the steak tartare and the burger never change. “This place is great. Great steak great cheeese great wine great water and the waiter was a very nice cute young man. When I was his age I could have taken him easily but still I'm a tough guy so it's not like a big deal he's good enough to get the job done/get the plates around on time.“

“We had the best dinner to celebrate our Leap Year Anniversary! We had the cheese trio, split the field greens, my partner had the filet mignon and I had the salmon, and we ended the meal with the warm bittersweet chocolate truffle cake. The salmon was the BEST I have ever had! My partner thought the same of the filet mignon! Everything was fresh, delicious, and a treat to the taste buds! Sugarbeet does a superb job of balancing different flavors. That was demonstrated in every part of the meal. Beyond the sensational food, what makes Sugarbeet an exceptional restaurant is the top-notch service. We were greeted warmly by May when we entered the restaurant. Our server, Aminata, was an absolute delight - warm, friendly, funny, and helpful with all of our food inquiries. We even met one of the owners as we were leaving the restaurant, and he was sincerely interested in how we enjoyed our meal. We enjoyed it! Thoroughly and we will be back! Thank you, Sugarbeet, for making our anniversary special! We only get one every four years, and we are glad we chose to celebrate with you! We are newer to Longmont and have been trying many restaurants. Sugarbeet is our new favorite!“

“My wife and I celebrated our 9th anniversary last night and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. From the moment we walked in every staff wished us a happy anniversary. Our garçon was kind, funny, and extremely attentive I wish I remembered his name but he was a young black man maybe mid 20s? Absolutely the best. I was getting cold and he brought me a shawl and I am a notoriously messy eater and he brought me extra napkins. The food was superb. We had a four course meal and eat meal looked like a work of art. The food tasted like an the Demeter the Greek Goddess of harvest made it herself. Overall 10/10 would recommend. Coming here is our new anniversary tradition.“

“We came here for my daughters sweet 16 birthday! The atmosphere was beautiful and funky inside! We were sat in a modern, patio garage type area, black interior with plants, super mod and cool!Food: We had appetizers of tater tots, Colorado mushroom poutine and mac and cheese skillet to start! Delicious beginnning!For dinner, Carolina gold rice risotto, double cheeseburger, fried chicken sandwich, wild boar bucatini and birria grilled cheese. Oh my goodness! The fried chicken, double cheeseburger and birria grilled cheese...BEYOND delicious! So good! The risotto, cooked perfectly and I mean PERFECTLY, but sadly flavor was not there and was bland. My biggest disappointment, was he wild boar bucatini, so sad, very underwhelming in flavor and plating presentation. Unfortunately just seemed like a dish from Noodle& Co with a higher price tag(I'm so sorry Community).Service: AMAZING! Our server was kind, patient, helpful and soooo funny! I had a table of teenage girls and she was right there with them, on their level, having fun! She was an absolute delight for our night! I was a bit of a prima donna for the evening, didn't want to choose cocktails for myself and left it up to her, she was "dead on" with what was delivered!!!Overall: Super great experience! “Wow. Such a great dining experience in Boulder. Couldn't have made a better choice for a little celebration dinner with me and my wife. I had the burger which was perfectly cooked to my order and incredible. It's a simple burger that lets the high quality beef speak for itself. And boy does that beef have a lot of flavor to give.My wife got the bavette steak and the toasted peppercorn pan sauce was like nothing we've ever tasted before. I didn't even know peppercorns could taste that amazingly nutty. It complemented the steak perfectly. The service is top notch as well, completing the full, immensely satisfying dining experience I wanted for this special night. Thanks for helping me cap off an amazing day, Blackbelly. “The experience was wonderful! Drinks were great, food was fantastic! The sunchokes were my favorite part and were absolutely delicious! What a unique dish! The gnocchi was good, but not better than any other restaurants gnocchi. The salmon dinner was out of this world! Lamb chops were good as well, but not exactly what we were expecting. They were cooked almost like pot roast, but was very delicious and super tender. The only part of the meal that was less than underwhelming was the chocolate cherry dessert. It was dry and gritty, and not fudgey like most other chocolate tortes I've had. Would have gone with another dessert if any others were gluten free.The service was excellent and fun, and the drinks (and drink suggestions) were on point! Great experience all around for a decent price for the quality of the food! Would recommend for a special date or holiday, and we will absolutely be back!“

“Nice ambient restaurant with good service, attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere. Soup of the day was tasty while the burger on the soft brioche bun was made at the perfect temperature (medium for me) and the signature dessert (24 Carrot Cake) was scrumptious. Definitely a highlight in Erie and would like to visit again. Highly recommended.“

“Lovely experience. The food was phenomenal. Compliments to the chef in creating dishes that are familiar yet unique and distinct to the palate.Dietary restrictions: Other party in attendance has a gluten allergy. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable to the dishes that were gluten-free.“

“This was one of the best 2nd choices for dinner. 1st choice was all booked up but once we got seated and had our sharable, this truly became one of my favorites. Food was prepared perfectly. The drinks were delicious and the waiter was on point for everything. Refilled the water and had the best recommendation for food to try. Had the Chipotle Bacon Mac n Cheese. Really creamy and not that spicy considering the chipotle sauce. My wife had the Lamb Gyro and that was really good (we shared). Paired nicely with the Mac n cheese because it broke up all the creamy-ness and starch. The atmosphere is great and really lively (at least the bar area). Highly recommend it and will be back to try more food.Vegetarian options: This place has a large selection of Vegetarian options of all their favorites.Parking: Best place to park is on the street and walk. Plenty of shops to window shop as well on the way.“

“It was cool to revisit Jax Fish House after many years away and be reminded of just why they've been such an important pillar of Boulder's restaurant community for decades. The bright and breezy atmosphere is just as welcoming as ever and our jovial server handled our table of 8 with ease. Everything from oysters and mussels to the calamari and craft cocktails were truly firing on all cylinders. A couple of missteps were present however; as the peel & eat shrimp were quite tough and rubbery, while the gumbo cheese fries need a complete reimagining. The gumbo (although delicious) is much too watery at the bottom of the plate and make the fries too soggy to be enjoyable.These small complaints hardly necessitate lowering the five star rating, as human error must always be taken into account and no kitchen is infallible. Their ongoing efforts in championing sustainable seafood should never be left out of the conversation, though it unfortunately is at so many similar establishments. Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is simply some of the best seafood I have ever found in Colorado, and has been for decades. That kind of consistency isn't just rare, it's virtually non-existent in the restaurant industry. Load me up another bowl of chowder please.“

“This restaurant is delicious! 10/10. It’s healthy, uses real ingredients and it adorable inside! You can order online, in store or sit down and dine in. The atmosphere is bright, upbeat and clean. I got the chicken enchilada bowl and avocado hummus and both were phenomenal; especially after hiking in Rocky Mountain National park for 3 days. This rejuvenated my body, provided the essential refuel energy I needed to tackle the next hike! Highly recommend trying this spot and also recommend dining in since it’s adorable inside and the staff are phenomenal and friendly!“

“Food and service tend to be good. Biggest gripe is they charge a 4% credit card fee if you pay with a card. This is not allowed in Colorado. CO only allows businesses to charge more than 2% if they know the actual cost the card. Hopefully this policy changes or they get caught and are required to follow the same rules as every other business in the state.“

“We love 740. Not a higher rating could be given. It is a high end staple in our lives at what I think is a reasonable price. It sits as the premier restaurant in Louisville. Excellent staff and owners are the very best people— truly the classiest, most professional and friendly business owners I’ve met. Food is awesome, drinks made well, service impeccable. It’s an unrivaled atmosphere in a setting reflective of all the towns charm and personality. Even happy hour is a great time. Whether you’re here visiting, looking for a new place to dine or if you’ve been away a while— 740 is where it’s at.“

“Went to RMTG with two other families and their kids. We all had a great time and liked the food, alcohol and atmosphere. We started with appetizers at about 3:30 PM, then later had dinner. We were there for four to five hours and all said that we would come back. Prices were good especially when considering total time and an outdoor garden with an open area for kids to play.“

“Awesome! Been her a few times and this time didn’t disappoint either! Service was excellent and Hannah who was our waitress made some great suggestions that were top notch! It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we were treated really well. The drinks were super tasty and having a little extra served with the main glass is always a nice touch. “Amazing!!You will have a hard time finding better food or service than at the Greenbriar. Not just in Boulder but pretty much anywhere. They have a great team there! The chefs, staff, and all the way to the owners are extraordinary. It is a hidden gem nestled in the foothills of Colorado. If you haven’t got out there I 100% recommend you do!! Talk about magic and the joy it brought the kiddo. It was worth any price and if you look at all you get it’s very reasonable.“

“The Italian pasta menu was out of this world and hope it returns. The lasagne with wagyu beef was incredible - a perfect balance of delicious beef, fresh pasta and cheese. My personal fave was the squid ink spaghetti frutti di mare - the fresh tomato sauce combined beautifully with the seafood, and the saffron breadcrumbs made it all truly unique and unforgettable. The tiramisu was delicate, and the ricotta cheesecake with orange marmalade felt fresh and citrusy.“
