If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. “Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!“

“After much anticipation surrounding Michelin’s arrival in Colorado, my husband and I were cautiously optimistic. Many of the restaurants we’ve tried since the awards began here have been underwhelming, but Frasca Food & Wine exceeded every expectation and then some.

We dined last night and chose the Quattro Piatti Menu, which was flawless from start to finish. Every dish was an elegant expression of technique and flavor, with each ingredient perfectly prepared and thoughtfully paired. The Capesante, or Scallops, were a standout, their delicate sweetness and buttery texture elevated by nuanced accompaniments. The Tagliolini di Selvaggina, topped with the optional white truffle, was nothing short of sublime—silky, aromatic, and indulgent. The Quaglia, perfectly cooked quail, showcased impeccable skill and balance, while the dessert, Fichi, with its marriage of huckleberry and fig, was both vibrant, coconutty and comforting. The Mais, with its unexpected matcha and corn combination, came close behind as a creative and delightful surprise.

The atmosphere was equally remarkable, striking the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. Sergei, the general manager, graciously greeted us and set a welcoming tone, while Edison and Jesse, our servers, delivered impeccable service with genuine care and professionalism. “SUCH great flavors. Restaurant where spicy actually means spicy. Got the veggie Masala Momo in MED SPICY and probably could have ordered two because they were so good. The Tandoori Masala wings were delicious, great size wings in a creamy flavorful sauce. The Timuray Chow Chow in MED SPICY was HOT.

Service was fast, food was very warm.

“I've eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants throughout the decades, as well as throughout the country, and I have to say that this is the best authentic Thai food I have ever had. I've been going there every week for some time now, and everything I have had was delicious. Best of all, it's vegan. As a vegetarian, I feel assured that their food is not cross contaminated with fish sauce or any other seafood or animal product. Two of my favorite dishes are the Khao Soi and the Tom kha, though you will find everything they make is delicious. I highly recommend Vegan Thai Company, especially if you're vegan or vegetarian. Even my friend who eats meat love's their food.“

“OMG I finally found a Mexican restaurant in Colorado I didn't get angry at when I got my food. We just moved from SoCal, and after a few REALLY bad experiences, I swore off CO Mexican. However, when I saw this place was named Nopalito’s and had 4.8 stars, I decided to take a chance.

Their Baja Fish Tacos feel like home. I'm so excited to have found a legit Baja style Mexican restaurant here. They have yummy fruit soda/sparkling waters here too. And a marg bar, but I didn't try one of those this time.“

“Went to the Boulder location many years ago and was really happy to go again. Went in for breakfast with my son and both of us were really happy and stuffed when we left. Loved the coffee and the food. We got a biscuit and grits and the eggs new Orleans. Loved the eggplant in the dish. My son who normally avoids vegetables loved it too. The coffee reminds me of home.
Was full but the service was prompt and really quick. Will go back with the whole family soon.

Lots of IPAs which isn't really my jam but have usually been able to find something else the few times I've been here! Large space, arcade games in the back and some cool whiskey barrels.“

It was Friday night, we tried going to Rosalie's for some pizza but they had the worst live performance musician ever, who did a kid voice and played commercial jingles. My wife remembered that her boss recommended this place, he said it was the best marinara he's had. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the live music that was very good, the classic Italian ambiance and that they had a table for us. The service was friendly but not extremely attentive. The bar lacked a decent selection of non-alcoholic Italian drinks, they do have Italian soda but I prefer bottled/canned branded drinks. We decided on the Chicken Parm and the waitress recommended Lasagna. Both come with bread sticks and house salad. I would say you get decent value. The lasagna was okay, I got paged from work as I got my meal so I only remember the last few bites which I seemed to be enjoying as the food vanished from the plate. My wife's plate wasn't as fortunate, the mixed veggies were barely touched. They seemed like a classic frozen mix that was tossed with some pepper, fine but not in any way remarkable. The marinara was fine but quite bland, not sure what her boss saw in it. The salad and bread sticks were okay, nothing I'd crave. So, was I dissatisfied or disappointed? No. I got what I paid for, which is more than I can say for many places. Would I crave to go back? Probably not, but it's a safe place to try other dishes.“
