“Edit: they finally got back to me, and refunded all the charges. Very pleasant, and apologetic. I will be very careful when using the app, from now on.
I will start by saying that this review is not for the location, but for the management company that runs it. I placed an order through the app, and I got an error several times that said "something went wrong please try again". So, of course I tried again, five times. Right after my last attempt finally went through, I got five confirmation emails for five separate orders. I immediately went inside to see if they could cancel four of the orders. The shift manager, who was very nice by the way, said there was nothing they could do in the store and tried to contact his management company. They didn't answer nor get back to him in a timely fashion so he gave me their number so that I could call them myself. I tried to call, as they were supposed to still be open. All I got was an answering service. I tried for the next week to get someone to answer the phone. I realize it was a holiday, but the manager told me they were open the first day called, and I called for an entire week. I also left at least two messages. On the 6th day of trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, I finally got a human being. She also said she couldn't do anything about it and would give the message to someone who would call me the next day. Well, surprise, surprise no one ever called me back. It wouldn't be such a big deal but it was almost $60 worth of food that I paid for, and didn't get because it was ordered through an error on the app. I guess, at this point I have no choice but to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is really frustrating because all they had to do was refund the charges, or let their employees cancel the orders.“
