“Rock on, Jimmy John's! I placed my order online and was contacted almost immediately to let me know the soda order could not be fulfilled. I was offered other beverage options or a credit to my account, which satisfied me. When our order was delivered though, we realized it was missing a few things. Our driver promptly returned to the store and brought back everything we needed. Hardly anyone thanks folks for handling imperfect situations well, but y'all deserve it. Thank you! Thank you for handling an issue professionally and promptly, twice in a row. Thank you for getting us our complete and accurate order only 22 minutes after we placed it, even with a second trip! And thank you for doing it all with a great attitude!!“

“I went to McDonald's on 5/31/25 because as I was starting to work remotely, and my internet stopped working and I was desperate.
I asked Shawn and Kayden if I could work from there and I would be there for about 4 hours. Seeing I was stressed, they both assured me that it was not a problem.
While there I observed Brenda and her crew working constantly. They were pleasant, upbeat and kept busy.
They were friendly to everyone and gave me hope customer service is not completely dead.
The food was hot and fresh.
Thank you again Brenda, I can see you are a good leader and mentor to our youth.“

“The last time I went to Freddy's (not this location), the wait was long and the food was overcooked. This time, I placed the order online and the food was ready before I arrived at the restaurant. They did mix up my mother's and sister's burgers and toppings, but they seemed to laugh it off, so okay. My food was surprisingly good, the bun was still crispy after arriving home and everything was tasty.
I will say that the chili dogs need more chili, as I had to take from my chili-cheese fries, because my dog was a little dry. Maybe put the chili on the side if you want to keep the buns crispy, idk. What I do know is that Freddy's has now replaced Sonic as my go-to for chili-cheese dogs, as my last visit to Sonic was a soggy mess.“

“Went by this morning and was a couple minutes late for breakfast but Jacob and the cook lady, he told me her name but i dont wanna mess it up, went above and beyond with great customer service and allowed me to order what i wanted anyways!! Thanks guys, you made my day!“

“I went in this evening to get a sandwich and received some of the best customer service a person could ask for. they were a little behind and Star was working the front counter and went above and beyond the call of duty making sure I knew where in the process my food was. Even though there was a little bit of a wait, it was not a problem with someone whom knows how to work hard and is willing to be upfront about things going on. If she’s not a manager, she should be.“

“My first time coming into the restaurant was amazing! One of the managers, Amanda “Panda” was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me and she took her time to describe the entrees to me. She even gave me a sample since my daughter has nut allergies. Kudos to the friendly staff, good service, and tasty food!!“

“Greeted immediately upon walking in, cashier patiently waited for us to put in our order, and all customer service was pleasantly exceptional. Order came out quickly. Everything was correct and tasty. Seating area and bathrooms were clean. Good value and well maintained.“

“The manager Joseph is fantastic. I have been to this location for many years and every interaction with this man has been great. Every issue I have he has fixed and gone above and beyond. I am still a customer and the sole reason is the work this man does. Pay him more or something.“
