“Rock on, Jimmy John's! I placed my order online and was contacted almost immediately to let me know the soda order could not be fulfilled. I was offered other beverage options or a credit to my account, which satisfied me. When our order was delivered though, we realized it was missing a few things. Our driver promptly returned to the store and brought back everything we needed. Hardly anyone thanks folks for handling imperfect situations well, but y'all deserve it. Thank you! Thank you for handling an issue professionally and promptly, twice in a row. Thank you for getting us our complete and accurate order only 22 minutes after we placed it, even with a second trip! And thank you for doing it all with a great attitude!!“

“What a wonderful time I had here!
So, after a long night of driving Lyft, I decided to treat myself with random breakfast I don’t usually do cuz of health. But once in a while, why not lol.
And guess what??? A car in front of me paid for me 🥹❤️ what a wonderful surprise!! I remember those good old days with people treating each other, and thanks for bringing this back to life!
The employee is so cute, he just said it respectfully he loves when others do that for others!
So in return, gotta give my blessings away, I paid for the person after me for their breakfast too ☺️❤️

“We picked up our order in the drive thru and didn't check the bag. When we got home, we realized some things were missing. I called the store and Beck was super friendly and told me to come back and they would remake my order. While I was waiting they offered me a drink and an apple turnover. I'm actually pretty impressed with a fast food place going above and beyond to make it right.“

“My first time coming into the restaurant was amazing! One of the managers, Amanda “Panda” was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me and she took her time to describe the entrees to me. She even gave me a sample since my daughter has nut allergies. Kudos to the friendly staff, good service, and tasty food!!“

“So look, its a fast food place run by kids, they are literally doing the best they can, and they are very kind and very nice and just want people to leave happy. We stopped by this evening at 8pm, nice young man running the window, 3 or 4 other people hustling to get everyone's food made. Please, people of Falcon, stop being so rude to these kids who are working on a Saturday night, doing their best.“

“So as i went to get my sticker for the cop that lost his life, one your workers came over and gave the people selling the stickers a free pizza and said if we know any cops to tell them to come by and pizza was on you guys.... i almost broke down in tears. We are getting pizza tonight due to that and i will always now only order Papa Johns!! Thank Ya’ll!!“

“I had a wonderful experience recently with the manager at this Wendy's. My card was accidentally charged for something not associated with my drive-through order the week before. When I noticed, I called and questioned how we could rectify it. He was very amicable and kind and told me to just stop by the store. I came in and was able to speak with a manager quickly. He was very apologetic and accommodating. He refunded the unassociated charge and gave my daughter a free Frosty. It's amazing the treatment you'll get when you handle human error with Grace. This manager and the rest of the team were very professional and kind.“
