“My husband met the owner on the gondola one day and told us all about First Chair. We made it out for dinner and drinks with the kids a few days later. Chris served us and it was great meeting him as a fellow East coaster! We ordered almost all of the burritos on the menu and were not disappointed! The smash burger was easily my favorite. My dad would order the meatball burrito for every meal, I swear, with how much he enjoyed it as well as my 1 year old eating half of one herself. My son did work on the nachos they were so tasty! When we get back to Vail, we'll be sure to stop in! great staff and food!”

The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the side salad as I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian or a German salad with pickled veggies and vinegarette. “We loved this restaurant so much! They have both good and authentic Chinese and Thai food. The sushi there was fresh and tasty. The sushi chef “Fei” even came to our table to ask about how we like the sushi when he was available. We talked a little bit and knowing that he has been working as a sushi chef for over 16 years. I would like to say my sushi was not only a dish but also an art work. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends if they come for skiing。”
