“We had an amazing start to our anniversary dinner last night with the Lettuce Wraps - so yummy! Our Mongolian Beef and Crispy Honey Chicken were also delicious! The portions were generous and brought out in a timely manner after our appetizer.

We wanted to give a shout out to our incredible server, Audrey from Manayunk , PA! She was a delight and added a touch of fun to our evening. She made sure our every need was met, and it was done with a smile.

We ate outside on the patio as it was a beautiful evening. The only drawback was that the seating in the booths is very worn and you sink way down into the cushions.“

“I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my husband there this Saturday. They were able to accommodate our large group reservation. They even called the day before to check and make sure everything was good to go with my reservation. Our server Forrest was absolutely amazing! He did such an awesome job the entire time we were there! Constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. His energy was hilarious and made the whole experience even better! “Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. We all agreed: WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER AGAIN. Thank you for the great service from an attentive staff who are kind and helpful. Muchas gracias! 5-Stars“

“I found this Taqueria by accident on a Sunday. I was going to Tamale Heaven and they were closed. As I was driving away I saw Taquera Los Cazos across the street. What an awesome find. They have FANTASTIC tamales. 4 different kinds, really big and good. Real bang for you buck! They were still warm and delicious. The husband and wife were so nice. I will be back, these guy's tamales are as good as if not better than across the street. Just got lucky in finding them but so glad I did.“

“By far the best food and the best price in our area. I have tried them all and I will come back for more. The best Spicy and Sour soup I have ever had and the egg drop is out of this world. “Have dined here in the past with great experiences but last night was a bit weird . Nobody waited on us and finally went to the counter to order and was told that a waitress would come over. She never came so went back to counter and the nice but confused girl took our order . And then she went home🤣. So the cook took over and handled things like a professional. There was a girl manning the bar and she had her hands full. The food was great. I assume they were shorthanded so will give them a pass on the lack of service as they handled the stress professionally and with a smile .“

“I found this place working at Centerra over the summer. I fell head over heels for the poke bowl. I can’t readily afford sushi as a college student, but for $10 I got sushi grade fish, fresh rice, incredible sauce, and a load of other goodies making it well worth the money. Soon I started taking my boyfriend here and we’ve made it our once a week tradition to trek down here from Greeley. With the quarantine going on, it’s honestly what I miss most. “I am originally from the East Coast and I think I know bagels. Gib’s are the best north of Denver and probably even rival Denver’s best. I wish they’d open an outlet in Greeley, but I travel to Windsor sometimes just to get them there.“
