“I love this place a lot, especially now that Nicole is the GM. Solid bar tenders, Elijha is the GOAT! ...lots of fun regulars! It's gotten better and now it's getting busier, so that's always a good problem to have. They did a tap takeover from Melvin last night, which was really cool hanging out with the rep and getting some cool merch.

I got a huge take out order of pizza and wings for my son's birthday a few weeks back and they handled it perfectly on one-day's notice and the kids were SOO excited to get Parry's pizza instead of the Costco pizza we did last year.

Out of the probably 50 times I've been here over the last couple years, I've only had one issue, and it was the day they were getting their flat top grill replaced and I just happened to order the Philly steak and cheese. They tried their best, but they comp'ed it and got me something else. Ordered it again a week later and zero issue/ back to normal! Stuff happens.

“I was absolutely astonished and blown away by our whole entire experience with this team of individuals who sincerely care about their patrons. I am more than happy to report that these people that work at the restaurant really put their backs into it, as of course EVERYTHING is completely home made. I’ll spare you the details on the wine, and desert because those specific delicacies could never be described with words. There are other options you can eat here if you’re not looking to spend a lot of money, but after eating their menu you’ll see why they are always packed. Getting a reservation is highly recommended as some nights you can’t even get a table the same week.“

Not only was the food exquisite, the customer service was superb as well. Reasonable prices for large portions, quality of ingredients, and attentiveness across the board. “I have hearing loss. I asked for I quiet table. The management was TERRIFIC in accommodating my needs; I was offered the choice of three tables. The service was excellent too. “Mom-and-pop shop that serves pasta and salad literally in paper buckets. The noodle options are cavatappi, penne, and spaghetti, and there are numerous sauce options. The cavatappi was cooked slightly over-al dente, but the marinara was excellent — the spicy marinara is a home run. The pasta bowl sizes are called small, medium, and family, which translate to big, giant, and humongous because the family is 24 ounces.

Garlic bread comes with each pasta order, and it's made to order, and it's crispy, buttery, and garlicky. The salads — also made to order — come in the medium bucket. The mac and cheese (cooked to order) is also flavorful. Meat options are sausage, meatballs, and chicken.

The paper buckets are tightly sealed by a plastic lid, and I'm confident that transporting the food would not result in a spill.

The food is prepared by Patrick, one of the owners, and patrons can sit and wait and converse with him, as we did when we dropped by. He said his goal is to make feeding families more affordable for the South Denver area.

They have a free miniature arcade set up, as well, for those who want to pass the time while waiting. It's the original three Mortal Kombats as of November 2024. There is no dine-in option here; it's strictly order to go.

The shop is connected to the Great Harvest shopping center — just have to swing around the corner to the south.“

“It is a fairly different concept for ordering and seating so just be prepared. It would probably move quicker if the food sucked but it’s amazing and that’s why there is a crowd. It’s worth it and the food does come out pretty fast. The pricing was fantastic for the value as well.“

“The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. That being said the food and our waitress definitely did not disappoint!“

“We had a fantastic experience at Venice! We’ve lived in Denver for 20 years and we never knew this place existed. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing, so authentic! We went with our 3 kids (13, 10 and 10), they ordered off the kids menu and loved the fettuccini Alfredo. The service was excellent, and our server, Gillian was on point. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe.
