“We recently ate at the Lacey Rose in Silverton, Colorado. We were looking for a restaurant that is Celiac-Friendly. We were able to have a delicious meal with fries included! YES, they have a GF dedicated fryer and a dedicated prep area! It may not mean much to most, but if you have Celiac Disease, it means a day free from belly pain! We were able to take Cinnamon Pass over the mountain after eating our delicious lunch at the Lacey Rose, while enjoying the live music by Lacey, herself!”

“Really great spot with excellent service and meal. Chicken pot pie pasty’s and bison 3cheese lasagna was sooooo good! Chop salad, shishito peppers and sweet potato fritters were perfect! Super comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and a pool table upstairs for apre’ feasting fun 🤙🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The fried cauliflower blew my mind. This place is awesome for diner. An interesting piece of Silverton history with how they represent the red light district of Silverton. Service was ok. But the food is worth coming for every time.”

“So, this isn't a luxury hotel, and there's no AC, there's stairs to climb to the rooms, and there’s the main road through town outside with "late night" bars playing music nearby... But, the room I was in had a decent kitchen and nice bathroom. There was plenty of space and the spa/hottubs (access included!) were surprisingly nice! I would stay here again!”
