“Such a lovely experience! We came in with four people and were helped right away despite it being busy. Our food came quickly and everything was delicious! Such a great vibe. The owner Wendy came to chat with us at the end of our meal and treated us with her famous brownie which was the best I’ve had in years!! “This restaurant has great food and great location. I had pad Thai chicken and beef. The first night I requested spicy chicken, and it wasn’t nearly as spicy as I wanted. The next night I tried the pad Thai spicy beef and asked for “extra spicy”. Now this was made perfectly with a ton of heat! Great flavor, very authentic flavors and friendly people“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “Spent a 3day weekend in Aspen, mostly dining out every evening. Every review at places said pricey for what you get served. Including this place. Buffalo Burgers are usually expensive anyway... I can say as a fact that the size of the burger was large and thick, perfectly cooked! Juicy Tasted Wonderfully delicious!! I forget what my friend ordered but she did say it was the best thing she ate so far on the trip. We did go on a Sunday kinda late. When we walked past to the hiking trails it was packed all the times.“

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

“Our waitress was fantastic. They have an extensive wine selection. The cocktails were everything that you would expect. Our four course meal was fantastic. We started with the fondue and added the shaved truffles and prosciutto. Next was the salad course, Panzanella salad. We had the Cacio de Pepe and Cod with spinach. “We had a group dinner on the last night of our annual trip. The owner (Elizabeth) was fantastic to work with to design the food and wine menu and incredibly flexible throughout the planning.

The food was amazing and the service couldn't have been better! Our main server, Serge was phenomenal. We even got to pick our own playlist in the private room :).

“We've been getting sandwiches from Louis Swiss for meetings for a while and they always go above and beyond. I need sandwiches cut in have and yes, they alter a sandwich to turn it into a veggie sandwich. ( I usually order around 10 to 20 sandwiches, 15 minute wait is amazing!) It's always a good experience with good food and amazing, dedicated, polite staff. Thank you so much for being so considerate!! I appreciate you!“
